Nothings wrong with being out of things but please make suggestions to remedy the problem. $6 for a plain bagel sandwich that is stale, cold, and not a full size bagel. It is really sad to see people focus on profit margins and not provide better food. You know it’s stale, you wouldn’t want it, so why must you serve it to a guest and then thrust an IPad in our faces asking for a tip because you refuse to pay your workers a living wage. $6 for a tiny breakfast sandwich that is worse than a Walmart frozen sandwich, and a small coffee that is clearly watered down. You ran out of ingredients fine, just don’t water stuff down to make it last, it’s rude and inconsiderate. I am dissatisfied with the quality and consistency of this coffee shop....

The drinks were good I made a online order and this is not the first time I've made an online order but this time the drive-thru was full so I went to the walk up window my order was not ready and they literally made me stand there and stared at me while taking care of the drive-thru before coming to the walk up window. Party of 8 ordered 4 regular hot chocolates and 4 made with oat milk. The staff seemed inconvenienced to make our order. Hastily prepared our order that they ended up making 10 drinks total. It seems like they just warmed up some Highland chocolate milk. Oat milk hot chocolates were very bland, very little chocolate taste.
