Walgreens — Local services in Carthage

I have been wanting to leave a review on Walgreens Pharmacy Carthage Mo for a very long time because EVERYTIME, it’s a bad experience. I use Walgreens pharmacy simply because they have a drive thru and I should be able to pick up my prescription quickly. WRONG!!! Every single time I use the drive thru it’s at least a 15 minute wait. They take entirely too long to hand me my prescription that is always ready to pick up the day before I pick it up. What exactly is the hold-up?!?? I just don’t get it. Today I was the only car in the drive-thru and it took almost 18 minutes to pick u my prescription!! It was ready yesterday and I was the ONLY one in the drive-thru. The pharmacy employees are nice but they are just entirely too slow!! They really need to be trained better or something. The slowness at the drive-thru is unacceptable and ridiculous. The pharmacy employees are great, i see alot of people leaving reviews about how slow they are but i guess they fail to realize alot of places are short staffed, alot of people are not wanting to go to work anymore. They are not a fast food restaurant, how do you expect the drive thru will be extremely fast if everyone wants to go through drive through instead of coming inside the store? they work with medications, they must verify everything carefully before they give meds to us & Don't blame the people that work there, they are doing the best they can with the help they have. They are always friendly, always willing to help. I've seen so many rude customers that yell at people who work in retail, the workers deal with alot , but still show up with a smile on their faces! The Carthage Missouri pharmacy seems to not have very good. Customer service never has every time that I’ve called. I get very rude customer service and then when I get rude back then it just turns into a nightmare and then when I try to call back to have all of my medication‘s transferred I get hung up on four times when I contact the store manager, the store manager sort of blows me off and passes the message along to the pharmacy that I want my medications transferred to another pharmacy and I give that information. This is the absolute worst pharmacy that I’ve ever had to deal with and I’ve given them plenty of chances so I will take my services somewhere else, and I will notify their corporate office again of their customer service and...
