I rarely eat at Five Guys because it can be a bit more expensive than other competitors. One cheeseburger which comes with two patties is $7, with tax $8 and if you want fries (at least small) it will be about $9. The avarege person might spend about $10 per person.
It may be a bit pricier for me but the food is amazing. I really do think Five Guys has one of the best burgers around. The Bacon Cheeseburger is also amazing. I usually get the Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. It's honestly amazing and all of the flavors come together nicely. The french fries are honestly really good. Once you take a bite, they melt in your mouth. The fries have such a great texture to them. All of this tastes even better with their milkshake which goes so well together with a burger and for those that like dipping fries in their milkshake.
The place itself is always clean when I go. The tables and floors have always been clean when I have visited, note, I do visit during the night before they close at 10pm. The staff are always having a good time which makes it feel lively. The bathrooms themselves have also been clean, I can only say this for the men's bathroom.
Overall, the prices can be on avarege $10 but when I get a craving for a really good juicy burger with a side of fries that just melt in your mouth with a milkshake on the side, I go to Five Guys to get those cravings fulfilled. Can't speak for other Five Guys but this one has never failed, definitely...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER from this location DURING DINNER time, especially Friday evening. I ordered ahead on my phone and had to wait 1 hour, I then went up to the counter and started asking about my food. The girl at the counter told me it's already on the table and it should be ready in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I went up to the counter again , and the noticed my ticket was not even on the table, but put to the side. I asked her why it's on the side and not on the table and she called over her manager. The manager got angry and told me unless I tell her the name on the ticket she will not make the food. I told her the name on the ticket and she started screaming around: "Is the food for Bill ready? I don't see the food for Bill ready! Maybe if he says his name, we'll make his food." I then called five guys corporate, told them the story and asked for my refund. Folks are slow, understaffed and the place is unprepared to make the food because they're not following the system set up by Five Guys corporate to get the right food out in time...

First let me say that the staff was friendly. It was clear they were working hard and doing their job well. Bravo for the trainers and mgrs who set the standard.
My issue was with cleanliness. They were sliding around on greasy floors and it looked very unsafe.
More importantly was the food… First I did not see that the burgers were all double. I work in the shopping center and have a long drive home. I wanted to pick up a snack to have on my way home. A double burger dripping all down me was not my idea. I ordered the small fries which they put in this little cup and then dumped an entire additional serving of fries on top of it in the bag. I guess that’s How they justify $14.69 for a burger fry and soft drink. I was simply hoping for better quality than McDonald’s which I barely got. And certainly not worth the price. Add that to the fact that there is no way the nutritional values and caloric count on the menu or website is correct giving the...
