The drive through experience is always awful. If it isn’t an issue with the intercom it’s the wait time.
Tonight, Nov. 13, 2023 at approx. 5:45 pm I waited over 15 minutes for the customer before me to place her order. The customer was talking to someone on the phone as she placed the order. Why is there not signage to suggest customers with large orders should go inside to place their order? Or suggest they come inside when an order at the drive through is too large to place in the drive through.
I then had to wait another 4 minutes after placing my order- (2 minutes), for this same customer to receive her order. So it took approximately 6 minutes plus over 15 minutes (21 minutes) for this person to complete her visit. This is AWFUL…..
Making this visit even worse, the cashier swiped my card and said it gave her a message of incorrect PIN number and therefore it was declined. WRONG…. My card was not declined.
This was a terrible experience. It has to get better because I’ve noted that seldomly do I visit the Kildaire Farm location and there is not an issue at the...
Read moreIt's a relatively new location and close to our house. We eat here from time to time, and the food is fine, except they tend to make portions smaller than at the other locations. Once, the soup bowl was only half full.
Another VERY disappointing thing at this location is that they are almost ALWAYS out of bread. We bought bagels here on a couple of occasions and they were STALE both times! Couldn't even eat them because they were hard to bite into, and almost completely inedible. I had even asked them if the bagels were fresh, and the lady at the counter said, "YES." When we came home, couldn't eat them at all.
We just went there a few days ago and they have eliminated hot bowls completely from their menu. I know Panera is revising their menu, but the hot bowls were among the few items I could eat there. There are very limited items that are gluten free, and I can't believe they still haven't added gluten-free bread as an option to people with gluten...
Read moreI had the best experience, I had the chance of encountering "Sweetpea" she was a ray of sunshine, very knowledgeable, she made my chai tea with love, it tasted better then Starbucks. I saw she had her young kid there and she was still working and doing what needs to be done, Her kid was well behave. For your guys to let her bring her kid is a blessing, not many jobs are that understanding. Hats off to you guys. She is a hard working young mom just trying make it. Also the GM Bobby was very nice as well, he walked around and talk to me and all the customers, made me feel welcome. I will be a regular, Sweetpea needs a rise and a promotion!!!
Pleased once again and i encountered Sweetpea again, I was in a rush on my lunch break, and it was busy so i was kind of understanding. But as always Sweetpea was right there to take care of me. She personally took care of my order and got me out there in 10 minutes or less. She...
