The Beach House by Tiki Brewing — Restaurant in Cary

I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. I was overcharged by a significant amount, my tab reflected drinks I never ordered or consumed. Despite providing clear information and reviewing footage, the management refused to fully correct the error and blamed me unfairly.

The way management handled the situation afterward was unprofessional and lacking transparency. They even shared a receipt with someone else’s signature, which is a serious privacy concern.

On top of that, they admitted to adding drinks from people I didn’t know to my tab without my permission. I do not recommend this place if you want clear, honest billing or respectful customer service.

Tiki Brewing is hands-down my new favorite spot in Cary! The moment I walked into The Beach House, the staff made it feel like I was a regular. They’re so warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and a quick chat about what’s on tap. Wow, the beer wasn't was not good at all, completely forgettable. What's worse, the entire concept of this Tiki Brewery feels painfully misguided and culturally tone-deaf. We love hawaii and this place feels fake and outdated, turning real island culture into a shallow theme. Tiki culture, while fun and seemingly appropriate in the 50-60's 's to share Polynesian culture now erases history and culture, reducing it all to a shallow stereotype and romanticized inauthentic "tropical paradise".
