I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. I was overcharged by a significant amount, my tab reflected drinks I never ordered or consumed. Despite providing clear information and reviewing footage, the management refused to fully correct the error and blamed me unfairly.
The way management handled the situation afterward was unprofessional and lacking transparency. They even shared a receipt with someone else’s signature, which is a serious privacy concern.
On top of that, they admitted to adding drinks from people I didn’t know to my tab without my permission. I do not recommend this place if you want clear, honest billing or respectful customer service.
