Rachel's North Men's Club and Steakhouse — Restaurant in Casselberry

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my visit to your establishment on Friday, January 26, 2024. My intention in writing this is not to disparage, but rather to provide constructive feedback and highlight areas for potential improvement in your service delivery.

My friend and I chose your club to celebrate two significant milestones: my recent college graduation and the recognition I received as Employee of the Month. Our initial experience was very positive. Upon arrival, we were seated in the dining area where we were excellently attended to by your bartender, Kyleigh. Her engaging demeanor and spirited conversation significantly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the filet mignon special we ordered was of exceptional quality and thoroughly enjoyed.

However, our experience took an unfavorable turn upon our transition to the dance floor. A dancer approached and initiated conversation, and at my request, invited another dancer to join my friend. The first dancer suggested moving upstairs for a quieter environment, which seemed reasonable. However, upon expressing my interest, I was informed of the $600 cost for VIP access, which I respectfully declined. Despite my decision, the dancer persistently encouraged the VIP experience, suggesting a more relaxed atmosphere.

Subsequently, a colleague who joined us suggested a single-song experience upstairs for a more modest fee of $30, to which we agreed. However, upon reaching the VIP area, we were informed of an additional $20 charge for wristband access. This requirement was not communicated beforehand, which I found misleading and unfair.

The performance was shorter than agreed upon, lasting only one and a half songs, yet I was charged for three songs, totaling $90. This discrepancy was disappointing and seemed deceptive. Furthermore, when paying, there was a discrepancy in the amount I handed over and what was acknowledged, leading to confusion and an additional unplanned expense.

I want to emphasize that such experiences can detract significantly from the overall enjoyment and perception of your establishment. The aggressive and seemingly deceptive tactics employed felt inappropriate and verged on unethical. This experience overshadowed what was intended to be a celebratory evening.

I do want to commend Kyleigh once again for her exceptional service. Her professionalism and warmth were the highlights of our visit.

I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration and that measures will be put in place to ensure clear communication of services and fees, as well as fair and respectful treatment of your guests.

1000/10! After flying in to Miami to buy a car and road trip back to Houston, we decided to visit Rachel’s North for lunch on an early Tuesday afternoon. We were immediately greeted with incredible hospitality from our server Amanda as well as Sky and Arabella! Firstly, the T-Bones were great along with the sides. Pleasantly surprised with the quality as they order from the same distributor as Ruth Chris I was told. Amanda was an exceptional waitress, and a beauty to boot. Secondly, Sky approached us first politely asking to join us - no pushy-ness, only friendliness. She spent time conversing with us without ever offering anything or asking us to spend anything. She was an amazing introduction to the ladies coming on the floor. She was jaw-droppingly stunning and kind - the absolute total package of a woman. Arabella came and joined as well with the same energy of great conversation and ability to spend time with us as clients and make a connection. Also, absolutely beautiful as well. All the other staff were friendly and will always say hello while passing by too. Every single girl was gorgeous, elegant and professional here! Such a great welcome that I’ve rescheduled my next months trip to come back for their October events planned. Lastly, thank you to the manager, Q, for excellent customer service, hospitality and management skills of a classy gentleman’s club! No riff raff, just smiles and good times. Also, the acrobatic abilities of these ladies is insane! Athleticism, coordination and overall strength while looking so effortless truly made for the most amazing performances I’ve ever seen. This club promotes real talent in the most professional, and sexy...

Bro the ladies are all cute, they all dance pretty good, the prices are reasonable! come on, what else do you want?!?

Entrance was $10 for me on a Wednesday (12:30 AM), upstairs bracelet was very affordable, and from $20 or up per song (plus tips/dollars dropped during dance) for a private dance, corona bottle price was reasonable (remember you are going to drink it while seeing these goddesses dancing on the stage.

Bring at least $200/$250 (the more you bring the better) and you are going to have a nice time, atm fees are kind of high so it's better if you just bring cash before hand, you'll save a lot!!! but if you are rich F#$& it! Lol

Roxie (cute,friendly & honest), Camila (cute petite body, good looking baby) and Savannah (lot of cute birthmarks on her back, best private dance in my life) were my babies tonight, 100% coming back, Victoria the bartender (beautiful) always keeping an eye on you to bring you the next beer 👍.

Idk about the other people but, this is my first time in a stripclub at FL state and the experience was Fng! amazing! way better than in upstate NY (and it was good over there).
