This place is really cute and I was excited for all the awesome beverage and food options in one spot. Upon arrival, there's one person in the front who is collecting orders and making drinks. Just placing an order can take 20 minutes with only 1-2 groups on front of you. He was BUSY.
I used the restroom after I placed my order and the restroom was FILTHY the plunger and brush were crusty, sitting next to a toilet covered in pee and pubic hair. The floors in the restroom and in the main area are sticky. I definitely don't believe this place cares for food safety or basic sanitation. The person taking the orders doesn't wash their hands in between handling drinks and touching the register.
We waited maybe 30 or more minutes for our order to come out, but they accidentally gave it away to the group that ordered after us. They came back and returned the order and the establishment tried to give it to us after all the food and drinks had gone into someone else's car. These people had to have opened up the food containers and saw that it wasn't their order before they came back to return it all. I just don't understand why they wouldn't immediately throw it out. I ask for them to remake the order. That was another 30 minute wait. They gave me my order and didn't even remake it. The food I got was soggy and had been sitting in the containers the whole time I waited. Even the container was soggy from having steamed through. How are you going to tell me the food was just remade if the deep fried food is lukewarm? I definitely don't recommend this...
Read moreSuper cute little spot near blanco Road. The chicken wings were cooked nicely, and the flavor ingot was lemon pepper. I feel the seasoning mix could be less salty and mixed with butter to allow the seaoning to stick better after the fry. The chicken also needs to be cleaned better because I had little hair on a few pieces of my chicken. The garlic noodles were good as well, but dont expect them to be super garlicky. I would suggest some confit garlic to be added instead of diced garlic and less oil, which made the dish too rich for me, so I took it home to eat the next day with something else. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken was good but not as crispy as I wanted, but the flavor was great.
The Boba combos are really good as well. I highly recommend the Beez in the Trap. It tastes like honey sweet tea. The ube tea with brown sugar Boba was really good as well. The other Boba I got was the strawberry green tea with lychee Boba it was delicious as well. The last Boba I got was the pineapple express, and it was so tropical. I enjoyed it, but you need water to go with it because it leaves a dry aftertaste. The decor is really cute and definitely worth experiencing. The staff was definitely friendly but I would recommend they wear hairnets and be more familiar with their...

Awesome tea customization. I'm a big fan of passionfruit, but most places only use it in fruit teas instead of a milk tea, this was the first spot I was able to get a passionfruit milk tea.
Cons: Their "Taiwanese" popcorn chicken was a one-star experience and a waste of $9. This chicken was the driest, over-salted fried chicken I've ever had. Honestly kind of insulted they called it Taiwanese chicken cause they didn't add any of the spice or herbs. Literally just bowling alley food without any flavor. I hate food waste, but I am still strongly debating on throwing it in the trash as I write this review.
Food wait times are kind of long, but that's probably cause they only had one worker behind the counter when I came in. There was a second girl who came out from the back, but I'm not sure if she was on break or something.
Tldr; Tea customization and flexibility is awesome, but DO NOT get the popcorn chicken. It's nothing like actual Taiwanese fried chicken and...
