My partner and I were looking for a local coffee spot while on our way to Wyoming from Texas and stumbled on this cute little place. Right away, the owner greeted us and made us feel super welcome. She shared a bit of her story behind the shop, and honestly, it made the whole experience feel even more special—you could really taste the love in the coffee.

She gave me total freedom to customize my drink, as she mentioned it should be, which I loved. I went with an espresso, oat milk, brown sugar, a splash of caramel, and cold foam—so good! Apres Coffee is our daily go-to, and Madi is the reason why. We come here almost every morning, and every time Madi knocks it out of the park. Her creative spin on coffee is unmatched—she doesn’t just make drinks, she crafts them. Today we grabbed five different drinks, and every single one was a hit. If I could leave 6 stars I would! The service at Apres coffee set the bar for what your expectation should be. Madi is the owner/operator - I had the pleasure of meeting her after she expressed her sincere desire that my coffee was “perfect”. How often do you hear that at your favorite coffee place.
