Yes, this happened in Castle Rock! Samantha McComas 12 hrs UPDATE: ARBYS CORPORATE HAS CONTACTED THE FAMILY!! SHARING FROM A POST IN CASTLE ROCK! It takes a lot for me to do things like this. I’m posting to spread word so others can avoid this potentially happening to them. But my dad is a police officer and had went to the Arby’s across the street from bubbles tonight to grab a little extra something to get him by through his off duty tonight. As approaching the window after making his order in drive through the man working had noticed my dad in an unmarked car and in uniform and completely changed his perspective. Spoke in a negative tone and acted like serving my dad was a hassle. As he waited for his food the worker received the bag and proceeded to walk around the corner and had disappeared for about 2 minutes. Being thrown his food and window being slammed shut my dad got a weird feeling he should check his food, and sure enough big strings of saliva were dripping from his sliders on the sides and the hot cakes had holes crushed into them. Arby’s you have lost service from a valued customer and family and i hope everyone can reach out to possible friends or family members notifying them of these actions. My dad did not resort to complaining because he didn’t want to cause a scene and simply tossed his food away and drove off losing his appetite for the night. I hope this never happens...
Read moreWhen I got my un-fresh food, I thought whatever. Everyone has those days. But…the freken trama of finding a bug in my drink. I wanna cry. It was in a half frozen ice cube. The only reason I saw it is because I like to munch on ice cubes…I gagged and vomited in our sink and washed the little monster down the drain. Then proceeded to try and tell my husband, just to vomit again. Since it was half frozen I’d imagine you all need to clean your ice maker. I’m writing this as a heads up for the crew. I’ve worked in fast food in the past and our machine was cleaned at least weekly or with any extra time the night crew had. To prevent this very thing. Along with covering the ice anytime the cashier walked away. Of course it was at a different business and this could just be a one off. But please for the love of god if you’re not already cleaning it. Please clean it. I’m sorry to say I will not be coming back to this location. Aside from this incident, the food is never fresh unless you order it as soon as it opens. And I don’t think I can stomach the idea of Arbys, while wondering if that was the only bug…I saw it before I ate it but what if...
Read moreUpdate… the owner sent me a link to reach out to them… I’ve posted the link to nowhere! lol they don’t want to make changes. They just post this automated response to make it look like they want to make things right. It’s the same as having our “survey/comments/suggestions” go straight to the trashcan. Again…. Management, Do better.
Ordered Door Dash… train your staff to know when the fountain drinks need changed. The Powerade tasted like 98% water with a splash of blue. No way someone saw that and thought it was okay. It took 20 minutes to recognize the order from submitting it on the app. The fries were cold/soggy as if they pulled it out of a dirty clothes hamper. Would it have been hard to throw the fries back into the hot oil to make them taste like they were fresh since your lazy staff didn’t want to make new fries? I tried calling up there to tell them to change the Powerade and the phone gives a disconnected tone after first ring. Probably a bunch of teens up there that don’t care....
