Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Castle Rock

Let me start by saying that I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches and this has nothing to do with the food. The last two times I have ordered from this location, I ordered online before the store even opened and had the delivery time set for a specific time as my husband gets 30 minutes for lunch. Both times they were an hour late. The first time, I was informed at the specified delivery time that it would be 15 minutes late. 15 minutes later, I called and was told that the driver left and they didn’t know where he was. The sandwiches showed up an hour after we had been told they would with no apology or explanation. The drinks we warm and the ice melted and we threw them away.

My husband decided to try them again two days ago. He ordered online before they opened and again asked for a specific delivery time. At that time they still had not shown up. He called and they told him that they made the in house sandwiches first. Well, I would think that an order placed prior to opening would have first dibs as he requested it be delivered only 30 minutes after they opened. After about 30 minutes, he called again and the man told him that the driver left and he couldn’t get ahold of him. He was rude and less than helpful. Once again, the driver showed up whenever he decided he wanted to with no apology or explanation. He did not receive a tip this time around.

It is very unfortunate that the service is so absolutely terrible and is giving the company a bad name. We have made sure that everyone we know in this area is aware and to stay away from this particular location even just as walk-ins.

Lost a customer! This location has gone WAY downhill! After a couple of mediocre experiences over the last 6 months or so we decided to give it another chance as we (usually) enjoy the food. This must be a miserable place to work and obviously understaffed so I blame this on the "ownership" and not the inept staff. We came in at 6:30 pm to a single employee running everything who was obviously not happy to be there and was not friendly and hard to understand. Ordered 4 standard sandwiches with one of them adding pickles. Did not get the add on and got a different sandwich for one even though he read off the order correctly. I'd chalk that off to being understaffed at dinner time! But the worst of it all was how disgusting the store was. Trash on floor, not a single clean table, the whole place smelled of body odor and the restrooms were worse. Definitely not recommended, take your business elsewhere.

After a review you are asked to go to the website and give them specific info on your experience, which I did. Then you never hear from them again. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste your money eating at...

“Freakishly frustrating” should be this location’s motto. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but sometimes you have to know when to call it quits. The last two times I’ve been there it’s taken 30 minutes to get my order. During two other attempted visits, they were out of bread. I’ve started checking my sandwiches before I leave because they’re usually wrong. Today, as usual, both sandwiches were wrong. The first was easily corrected, but they remade the second one four times. Yes, four. I finally left with it because it looked right, but discovered when I got home that it was covered in mayo. I ordered it without mayo. The bottom line is that if you visit this location on a day when they actually have bread, be prepared for a long wait and make sure you check your order...
