The subs are great, all the ingredients are fresh and the overall flavor is amazing. Also, the bread is delicious.
Now before y’all start talking about how the service and food sucks, maybe you should think about how the store just opened and the staff is brand new. They are still learning and you need to learn patience. Second, with online orders, maybe don’t arrive so early, they’re probably prioritizing the orders that were placed sooner. Patience is key, you can’t just get upset when your order isn’t ready when you arrive half an hour early.
Also, anyone who comes in and starts yelling about how their food isn’t ready or they didn’t get what they wanted needs to lay off. Not only is it embarrassing for you but it makes the atmosphere of the store horrible. And if you don’t get all the toppings that you wanted, maybe consider being more specific, about your order. Read the menu, look at the toppings and decide. If you don’t know what you want, step out of line and take a minute.
Overall, I think that the subs are so worth it. They’re delicious, very flavorful, and it’s worth the wait. Anyone who thinks differently is missing out.
Just one more thing, the next time you go, try pitting yourself in the staffs shoes. Imagine what it feels like in their position. Constantly running around to fill orders, having to deal with rude customers, and still making the experience great. It’s probably a lot at some time, so let’s give them some credit for their hard work. Nothing is ever going to be perfect and sometimes we’ve just got to accept that. Great job...
Read moreSunday, Sept 14, 2025. I ordered my 3 sandwiches online. I arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up (about 10 minutes before the scheduled time). Food was not ready, which is totally acceptable and understandable. The cashier checked on my order and said we were waiting on the 1 hot sub, give them 5-10 minutes. 10 minutes later, no update. I asked for one 5 minutes later and was told they forgot the hot sub and we're starting it now, 10 more minutes. Sat in my car again and came back in, still no hot sub. I've watched over 10 hot subs get made and taken by their lucky owners at this point while watching the 10 employees laughing, joking and messing around while 3 employees did all the work. I ask for another update (we are going at 45 minutes now since I ordered and 25 minutes in store). I was told that all 3 of my sandwiches are not made and needed to be started and give them 10 more minutes. I stood watch now because at this point I'm frustrated. My food is put into a bag, and then gets left on the counter for 5 more minutes until the manager happens to notice and brings me food finally. 1 hour and 4 minutes. I get home, open my sandwiches.... They gave me 2 of the hot subs that I ordered 1 of. The one sub with no tomato had tomato, and the 3rd sub was missing. They DID refund me and apologize and if I hear back from management or owner I will definitely go back and try again. The food is great but there is a lot to be desired in customer...
Read moreMy Experience was strictly in the drive through. David was my order taker and he did a fantastic job! He was friendly he was fast and did not rush me. It had been a while since I had eaten at Jersey Mike's and I had forgotten what I had liked before. When I asked him for more time to look at the menu, he was friendly and gave me the time I needed. He was genuinely happy deal with customers. I have been to many drive throughs' and can tell you that the number one thing that inexperienced order takers do is ask What's next after every item you order. This makes the quest feel like the order taker doesn't like their job and that you are just another number. It also gives you the feelin that they more about the drive through time than the quality of service. David was one of the best order takes I have ever had. He really cares and is super efficient. Even with me talking to the manager to compliment David while I was there, they had me out of there in way under 3 min. The Manager even gave David a huge double High Five and celebrated David for his awesomeness. You could tell that the crew loves to celebrate their wins together.
