You will never be disappointed with how rent a center does business. and anyone looking to rent will get the best product at the best price the service was so amazing beyond any expectation you might have. ( trust me ) I've looked all around and this is the place to rent from and I live in st george not cedar city haha and they still delivered in a timely fashion. because we needed a washer anyone else had a ridiculous price but not this rent a center. they took care of us completely and are completely professional. ( they treat you like family ) example: I called for the first time gave them my name and sure enough the second time I needed to call they knew exactly who I was haha like what ???? No way. I felt like I was walking into my grandma's house and she was gonna have dinner ready soon. and we were gonna sit as a family and cut it up for a while. haha never had service like I did here they actually sound excited to have you like they actually care about what they do. I don't know about anyone else but if we ever need anything else again we will be back. and recommend to anyone else this rent a center and if you don't believe me try it and prove me wrong haha. Well, I came in for 1 fridge and when they delivered it, they gave me a completely different fridge than what I had ordered-which was broken and not sealing properly. I have been paying for the fridge plus the LDW, but it has been months that I've been calling and they still have not fixed it. Finally today, after hanging up on me twice, I was told that they were going to send professionals out to fix our fridge but that they were also going to cancel our LDW. Why? Because we used it when they delivered a broken product in place of the one we ordered? That is NOT the way to do business with people who are purchasing products from you. Edit: I finally got a new fridge from them months ago, and it is still in good, working order-even now that it's paid off. It wasn't the one I originally wanted, but the one they gave me is better, even tho it's obviously not as new as the one I originally wanted and a little banged up, but it serves my needs and the door stays closed unless I open it🙂. Rent a center itself is amazing and I absolutely love working with erwin and Brian they are very understanding and show nothing but amazing customer service on the other hand rent a center has been dreadful to work with due to victor Medina I am not sure when he was hired but he has made working with rent a center a dreadful experience he swears at his customers and threatens to come take people's stuff on the same day the payment is due. He is very unprofessional and I have made complaints to cooperate so I really hope they get rid of this bad egg. I've never felt so disrespected by a customer service representative in my life.
