I had a very unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location today. I ordered a Tall Shaken Espresso and waited patiently, but after a while, I noticed that several people who had ordered after me were already receiving their drinks. Even after waiting quite a long time, my drink never came out.
When I mentioned this to one of the employees, a barista replied, “You’re next,” and then made another customer’s drink before mine. After that, she made my drink within a few seconds and placed it in front of me without saying a single word. no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay.
By that time, everyone who had ordered after me had already received their drinks, and at least six drive-through cars had passed. I truly don’t understand why my drink, which took only seconds to make, had to be delayed for so long.
It’s disappointing to see such behavior from someone in customer service, especially when dealing with visitors. Treating visitors this way doesn’t just reflect poorly on the individual, but also tarnishes the image of the company as a whole.
While waiting, I also noticed that the the barista(who made my coffee) poured about three times more milk than necessary for each drink, used only part of it, and poured the rest(nearly two thirds) down the sink before starting again. The amount of waste was quite shocking.
Moreover, the drink I finally received tasted completely off. It’s hard to believe how inconsistent the flavor could be for the same Starbucks menu item. Read moreI rarely have a problem with this store, however today I was appalled at the service I got. While going into the store I was “greeted” by the store manager amanda. She had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. She made me feel rushed and unwelcome with her arrogant and impatient attitude. Unfortunately this is not the first time Amanda has had acted this way towards customers. Many times while in that store Amanda is not only being rude and careless with customers but also her staff. She has screamed at them, barked orders, and berated them. I understand this can be a stressful job but yelling at her employees to be happy while she is crying and refusing to help customers and staff is simply unacceptable and quite frankly embarrassing. Many times customers are patient with her and in return they get her bad attitude and harmful words. I genuinely feel bad for the staff on shift with her because she is so rude to them and expects the most while doing nothing. The only good that came out of this visit was the barista named Audrey. Not only did she apologize for Anandas actions but she kept a warm and helpful smile while Amanda was dragging her down in front of everyone. Audrey was kind and patient and made sure to have conversations with the customers. She made sure everyone knew they were welcome while still getting their drinks out in a timely manner. I was traveling from Nevada to Utah and I called this starbucks on my way to confirm till what time they were open. The lady confirmed they were open till 10.30 PM so I took a detour for 30 mins and drove up to this location around 8.45 ish and what I see they closed the drive thru and were serving last few customers in drive thru. So I called them to ask to see if they can get me a coffee as I called before but they decide to close early due to lack of staff which was strange to me because I saw 3 people working inside and how come they didn't tell me when I called them. They did not give me coffee and I was really disappointed because of their employee not providing right information to me when I called and I wasted driving up there 30 mins. They were still serving coffee to last customers in drive thru it would have been great if they have offered me a coffee. I could give 0 star to this location and worst customer service experience. I drink starbucks everyday but this experience at this location was the worst.
