Starbucks — Restaurant in Cedar City

I have literally got to the point where I cannot stand the Starbucks near me Or any of them in Southern Utah the staff have become so High-and-mighty that even just ordering a cup of coffee the way your talk to I don't appreciate it or at least the way I'm talk to There is no shortage of man buns or people taking up a table for 6 by themselves with their computer and all their devices to make sure you see all their wonderful things but that is not why I don't like Starbucks I think the employees need to be reminded that outside the customers that are there every single day to order one cup of coffee and spend all day there the rest of the customers are the reason they have a job and they should treat every customer with respect And a smile and quit talking down to them I am not the only one I've watched them talk down to and I think it's terrible that they even think they can do it I generally Order my coffee and hurry and leave before I get mad so therefore I am no longer a customer of Starbucks I have found much better coffee places at the where I'm treated...

The reason why I’m giving this Starbucks a 1 star is because it never fails that even when doing a mobile order I always still have to wait an extra 10 mins of the estimated time my order said it would be ready. Not doing this because of the staff the girls there are amazing, it’s management that for whatever reason thinks only having one employee in the morning is a good idea. They have to run back and forth making drinks, heating up food, helping the customers at the register like you can’t actually think someone can do that?! The only reason I go to this location is because it’s the only one on my way to work but this happening always reminds me why I avoid Starbucks and go to Dutch Bros or Beans and Brew. This is probably the 4th time this happens where I’m late to work even though I order with plenty time to pick up and make it to work. Management do better! The staff here are super rude. I have health conditions that prevent me from being able to have many foods and I am prone to migraines. With this being the case, you can imagine my drink orders can be a little complex, but every time my husband goes to get me a drink he brings it written down in order to make it easier for everyone. The staff here openly mock me and make fun of me to him and each other for me “being extra” when it’s not even my fault I have to order a certain way. I need coffee to help with my migraines because I already take an astronomical amount of pain medication daily, but I can’t have regular coffee because it makes me sick etc. We just really got a bad taste in our mouths from having this experience, and not just once, but multiple times from several different employees.
