Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

I’ve had issues with the salads at this place for over a year now, and I’ve never had the same issue at any other location. I’ve called in the past, and while the host or manager was very nice in taking my call, I just get told they get “bad salad” or “bad lettuce mixes”. Other items are typically fine. Tonight is about the worst it’s ever been besides the one time I had to call this location because they served me salad that was so fermented it was producing an odor upon opening it at home. Ordered for pickup, wings were ice cold after a 15 minute wait past promise time. The salads again, almost every piece was rotten, beginning to rot, or literally just liquified, fermenting, and putrid. You can see the picture for comparison about what was actually “edible” versus what would probably make me sick if I ate it. I don’t have time every single time I order at this location to call a store that is already busy, and to be only offered a replacement or a “coupon” to come back and get something else. Genuinely at this point it’d be great to just be refunded and in the future I’m just going to stop ordering this item. If the salad this location is receiving is this fermented it doesn’t make sense to me why someone doesn’t speak up and refuse to stop serving it. Your cooks/whoever prepares this item is clearly aware this is an ongoing issue, yet someone is allowing it to continue to go out the door like this. It’s appalling. Literally serving...

I was in the restaurant tonight with my family, I watched your Manger cheleste disrespect a Black table of about 16 people, she was approached with a problem by one of the guys and took it to heart she was very unprofessional dealing with the situation. She got frustrated with the gentleman and walked away sorry talking to another server about the table walk back up to the table and told the gentleman and his family are 15 to leave and she will take care of the bill. I watch this gentleman tell her that he could pay for the table because he wanted to take care of the server she then told them to leave I watched her go over to the telephone and call the police on this table she treated them like they were criminals these are people just like me and my Caucasian husband. I watch this gentleman do you know his pocket. $60 and hand it to the server I also watch the other people at the table and tips to the server and tell her the appreciates her service. No one else addresses this from the table I feel obligated to I will be putting this on my Facebook it was not right. I need to hear from someone explaining why this is okay for your manger to act like this. I even called and told the police that those people where doing nothing wrong just wanted to be treated like everyone else.. she shouldn't...

We were out of state for a wedding and it was long evening and fiance who had been drinking really wanted some Applebee's because ours back home had closed so we got to your location at 1130 and you guys closed at 12. I know that can be frustrating to those who just wanna leave and go home at the end of the night. The server girl told my fiance no at first because of the time but then we were told we could order a select few items from the menu that'd be okay to get. The bartender was the man who took us at the bar and took our orders and brought us our food because the others didnt want to deal with it but he said "we close at 12 not 11:30 gotta serve em" which is 100% correct. I work as a dietary aide so i have to deal with food services and having to feed people last minute even if you dont want to because well you still have time left to do so. The bartender went by DJ it was nickname as I seen his real name I think was David from what I read at the top of the reciept as was the one who took care of us from the beginning to the end.
