It was a horrible experience we got there and waited 30 to 40 minutes to be seated and we didn't even get our food to maybe two to three hours later The Establishment was actually closed by that time and the workers was cleaning up around us and we haven't even got our food from the kitchen and our party was maybe a total of 20 people two of the people or elderly two other of the other people were Toddlers and the others were a mix of teenagers and adults we never got any food but one of the elderly did get their food a11 or so them anoint 12 midnight we finally got our food but had to all get it in to-go boxes I jokingly said to one of my family members who were with me that we should just sit another 2 hours and make them wait for us to get ready to leave because they made it they made us wait to get our food. There were also a group that came in shortly after us who had maybe 10 people in their party. They ordered their food ate it and was leaving the establishment when the waitresses were just ringing our food and sending it to the kitchen but yet we were there first and none in my party but one elderly person was able to eat and most of us in our party had to drive an hour or more home afterwards because we do not live in the Austin Texas area we was just in that area for a graduation. One of the toddlers who is my son I had to resort to just letting him run around because we was there too long to keep him contained still for a long time and not feed him it would have been nice if the elderly and the toddlers got their food first but they didn't all get their food I will not recommend this place to no one what the service that we got it's hard to focus on the good things about this establishment like the cleanest of the restrooms and eating areas when you're waiting two and a half hours to get your food. I can't even give any slack to one of the waitresses who was in training a good review because I had to wait 3 hours to eat I generally would give someone slack when they are in training I have been in training number of times in my career life so it is always good to get a little slack from the customer but it is hard to get that good review when the service was so terrible all the good I can see cannot be said because of that I will not send anyone there to eat if you plan on waiting 3 to 4 hours bring a pillow your food will be there...
Read moreWow! I went to put in the feedback on the website like all other one star reviews state, and is this not even a Buffalo Wild Wings associated with the chain? You cannot provide feedback that connects directly to this restaurant. I tried to not put this restaurant more on blast, BUT you can’t.
We sat down easy enough and ready for a great time at BWW watching two games - a big three Texas football game and a hockey game. We put in our request with our waitress and even provided stations and which TVs would be great on a sheet. We sat for about 10+ minutes listening to the local news over the loud speaker system before the manager changed it. At this point, she should have had our request for a solid 10 minutes so when she changed it to a random fight, we were disappointed.
We continued waiting and having hope to watch our games so we ordered our pretzel knot appetizer. We asked to sub anything for the beer cheese as I couldn’t eat that… our request was completely ignored by the waitress. The correct thing to have done is come back and say I’m sorry they won’t sub it, would you like to take it off completely. She didn’t. She brought it out as normal.
The next straw was my salad. I ordered a salad to have a chunk of the lettuce wilted brown and black. I started removing the lettuce and putting them on our uncleared appetizer tray.
By this time, we have missed an entire half of each of the games we were hoping to watch. We asked for the check and the managers business card to contact her later. The waitress came back and said that there wasn’t a business card. We asked for her name and phone number. She finally came over and asked why we were so upset because she just got our TV request four minutes ago! We had been sitting there for 45 minutes and our request was put in immediately after we sat down. So Jennifer, you should have received our request earlier or used your eyeballs to see that a good chunk of my food was inedible. Instead she just kept staring dumbfounded at us.
This staff needs to be trained, and Jennifer needs to be out checking on guests instead of disappearing or staring at a clipboard near the bar.

Read moreI have been to Buffalo Wild Wings more than any other restaurant and had the worst experience yet. This is of course followed by the second worst trip recently. About a week ago we ordered for pick up from the cedar park location and we got to our home in round rock and noticed that not only did they not give us the ranch and blue cheese for 9 orders, but they forgot my sons whole ordered. When I called I was a tad ticked off and let the manager know I was not happy about this. He said I could either come back to get the forgotten order and the dressings or come another time and the entire order will be reimbursed. I of course opted to comp the entire order at a later date rather than drive back at 9pm on a school night. My family and I decided we would use that comp tonight and dine in so there were no forgotten orders. We sat down and ordered drinks. When the waitress, Ally, returned I let her know about the whole mix up. She said no problem I’ll get with my manager and get you taken care of. After playing telephone with the waitress and manager for three rounds the manager, John, came over and let us know there is no way he can replace the entire meal. I let him know that is not what the MOD said last visit. He then said he called him and they remember specifically telling me the one meal and sauces would be replaced and for our troubles he would give us a discount. We ordered what we had ordered before and enjoyed our meal. The bill came and the forgotten order was not on there but there was no discount. I asked Ally why. She asked John what was going on and with attitude went the the computer and took $29 off our $129 bill. John did not return to the table to ensure we were satisfied or ask if we needed anything he proceeded to play telephone through Ally. I have never received such poor customer service from a BWW from any other location I have been to. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that branch EVER again. I was in the food industry for 7 years and never seen such poor service from a manager. I guess I was lucky enough to have bosses that cared for the customer. PS.
