Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

First I will start with the place, definitely not too clean and they need to work on cleaning the place better. The staff need to fallow the rolls and regalations as far as hand washing after touching random things here and there, and specially after sneezing, I just can't believe one of the employees sneezed then looked at me and sneezed again in his shirt the second time, and walked around for a minute then continued working!

2nd. It's called hot and ready for a reason, it doesn't matter if you you are there when they are busy or not, you always have to wait, and I heat when you order more than 3 pizza and 2 are ready after you wait 10 minutes but someone comes asking for one pizza so they end up giving one of yours to the other person, and I've seen it happen few times, so you end up waiting for another 7-10 more minutes.

3rd. Staff are rude most of the time.

And last point it will be about the products. I don't understand why you have to pay extra for the sauce for the bread sticks! A dollar something for a very small container of sauce! For what, it should be free with the bread sticks, and I would understand if they charge extra if you want a second one. But ever bread sticks or cheese sticks should come with one free...

In the lobby, there were 14 of us, and unfortunately, there was no management present to oversee the operations. It was disappointing to see that no steps were being taken to ensure that orders were executed correctly. There were several phone orders that were called in, but when the customers arrived, no one seemed to know where their order was or even recall taking their calls. Additionally, the items inside the warmers were not being served promptly after being prepared. There was no clear timeline for the orders, and it seemed like there were not enough proactive workers on hand. It felt like an inexperienced problem where management should have stepped in to bring everyone back to ground level and establish a proper process to execute the orders efficiently. With effective management, this place could run smoothly. Unfortunately, that was not the case today, as some people had been waiting for their orders for over 40 minutes. We have been going here for a few years but the last few experiences have been so bad that we’re no longer going to this specific location. We place an order and are told “ten minutes”, 25 mins go by, we walk up to the counter and ask about our pizza “oh sorry, we gave it to someone else. Give us ten minutes”. 45 more minutes go by “aww dude. So sorry, gave your pizzas away again! Give me ten minutes”. 20 mins later, no pizza, ask for a refund. Refunds the previous transaction by accident and can’t figure out how to refund our transaction. Then doesn’t know how to recharge the customer who already left. 15 mins later, still waiting for our refund. Finally we get our refund and some random person also received a refund (you’re welcome who ever you are). This employee was not new either.
