Heads up, don’t go in and order. Either order from the app or go through the drive thru. They prioritize online & drive thru orders. I learned a lesson. Customer service has declined rapidly since the pandemic, it’s no longer good, and if you complain you get treated like a villain not only from the employees but from other customers. My friend and I walked in to this location and placed our orders. Mine was 3 drinks and 2 cake pops. After about 15 mins my 3 drinks were done, not complaining about this. But I waited…and waited….and waited, another 15 mins went by and still no cake pops. A delivery driver lady came in there after I placed my order, she was waiting for a to go order to be fulfilled. Her order was even done before mine. I finally asked if I could get those cake pops, that’s all I was waiting for, the employee told me someone will get to them, but another 10 mins past and they were so busy fulfilling other orders they kept overlooking mine. So I asked again. And again the employee said someone will get to them. By this time it has been over 30 mins I was waiting for them to finish fulfilling my order. So finally I just told her never mind I’ll contact Starbucks and get a refund on the missing cake pops, that’s when the employee finally got them. Took less than 1 minute to grab 2 cake pops. Why they couldn’t just do that early makes zero sense. They can’t take 1 min to get a bakery item? Seriously? There was 4 employees working, 1 got off work right before I finally got my cake pops. None of these 4 could have grabbed my cake pops? Let me grab them then so I can leave. Geez. Now, back to that delivery driver lady who was there, she turned and gave me the dirtiest look, I said to her I have been here for over 30 mins waiting for my order to be fulfilled. She said they are short staffed, again I’m the villain because how dare I not want to wait forever for my cake pops. Seriously, I should be dragged out in the street and shot.🙄🤦🏼♀️ Makes me wonder how long it would have taken them to get 2 cake pops if I didn’t say anything. Would I be there till they close???? They need to full fill orders before moving on to the next one. Have 1 employee working on walk in orders. That would make more sense. Whatever happened to good customer service? It’s completely gone now. No body cares about their job anymore. And the customer is automatically...
Read moreIf i could give zero stars i would. I was being nice when i was ordering my coffee and when they asked if i wanted anything else i leaned over to my husband to ask him if he wanted anything, before i got a word out to him she rudley said "OK that will be..." due to her tone i got upset and told her that she need to wait for me to decide before trying to hurry me up, her tone got even uglier and she "ok then what do you want?" i then told her and went. Due to me being upset i said under my breath " what a b*" not to her mind you but to myself. I get to the window and pay for my drink and food and as i was about to go another employee there ( not the same voice so i know it wasn't the same person) started to tell me off about not swearing in the line and i was being really offensive and as a customer i should be kind and nice to the people giving me coffee. I told her in that situation if your rude and curt to a person that means they will be rude to them and i never called this to her but under my breath so i wasn't directly yelling at her just the fact that she was snaping at me and being rude, when i as a customer did nothing, but the new person wouldn't let it go and kept yelling at me and said i should be more respectful...me not her employee. I honestly have never been in a situation where the server was rude and when i get my stuff i was told off for fighting back. Not only that but my drink when i recieved it smelled like finger polish removed, i was so sickened i had to dump the coffee out that and i was afraid to drink it. I will never go back there, and make sure to let people know as well. Being in customer service you have to treat the customer right, no matter if your busy, not busy, anything. Every customer must be treated the same in a nice and...
Read moreMy sister and I are in town since our Dad is in the hospital after suffering a stroke earlier this week. Of course we are worried and stressed. We stopped at Starbucks early today. It’s 5am and she is but I’m NOT an early morning person. Tried to go in but realized it’s drive thru only. The crazy world we are living in. We went to the drive up and placed our order, two coffee drinks and two cheese danishes. Once we arrived at the window, we were met with the kindest, friendliest and super great guy Zach. My Sister, Terri(not Mary) and Zach struck up a conversation while I sat there trying to come alive, but by the end of their conversation I wanted to get out and hug him. As we were driving away, he wished our dad well, told us to have a great day, remembered our names...so personable...if Zach isn’t a manager, he should be. Staff can learn a lot from this young man. In this emotional scary time for us, Zach definitely was a bright...
