I think they're still working out some kinks. To start, the building is stunning. Decent amount of seating, great patio, and a large bar. Staff was so sweet but not incredibly attentive. We ended up requesting our check before finishing our meals because we were on a time crunch. Our server was happy to accommodate, which we appreciated! The menu was pretty basic. My husband paid $18 for a very small bowl of corned beef hash. He was happy with the taste but the quantity and quality were not worth the cost. I ordered the breakfast burrito which comes with waffle fries and I added the guacamole. The "guacamole" is just avocado. The burrito did not have any evidence of pick de gallo. I noticed a few tomatoes and maybe an onion but I think they were cooked with the chorizo. No cilantro. If I had known it would be just chorizo and egg, I would have ordered something else. I also got breakfast potatoes instead of waffle fries. Not a huge deal since they were very good and went well with the sriracha aioli. Even on a Tuesday afternoon, street parking was limited. I imagine that weekends are worse! Plan ahead!! They don’t take reservations but have a waitlist which is great. I’m hoping they work some things out. I'll be keeping an eye on the menu for changes! I'd love for them to be successful and I hope to give them another shot!!

We stopped here today when we saw you could join the wait-list online. This made it super easy with two hangry kids. It wasn't a long wait, about 15 minutes, which seemed shockingly short for a Sunday brunch. In fact, there were a lot of empty tables when we got there. But when our table was ready, our hostess warned us it would be a long wait for our food because they were so busy (they honestly didn't look it). We made the mistake of sitting inside - it's insanely loud in there, even without all the tables being full. Our waitress was very nice, but kept forgetting things. It took a long time for everything to actually make it to the table, and some things we had to remind her about. The food was okay - some things were very good, some things were just okay. If we ever come back, I think the way to go is just to order from the 'sides' menu. The sides we ordered were great and reasonable for the price, but the entrees were just okay and kind of overpriced for the quality and the size. Overall, we would probably try eating here again, but we'd sit outside next time and stick to the sides. My kids enjoyed enough of their meal to not be hangry when we left, so that made us happy.

Decided to check out the new brunch place in Cedarburg called Brunch. No reservations available only wait list which was ok, wait was not that long. I ordered the Brunch Eggs Benedict with the breakfast potatoes, I also asked if the poached eggs could be poached a bit more as I didn’t like runny white eggs. I was told that was not a problem. I also order the pineapple mimosa which was very good. When the food arrived, the egg whites were very runny, and the hollandaise sauce was broken. The breakfast potatoes had no seasoning, and there were no fruit or vegetable options to go with the eggs Benedict, also the ratio of eggs and potatoes was way off, too many potatoes. I think the most striking thing I noticed was that the eggs were poached in a form, I have never seen that that before. The service was good, and the seating outside was ok. To say I was disappointed with the meal is an understatement. I may return to try something else on the menu, as I understand they just opened.

I had such high hopes for this place, but they disappointed on every level: The service wasn't bad, but it left a lot to be desired. The wait staff seem to have no idea about what's going on in the kitchen, and orders are all done using the handhelds; this makes it incredibly difficult for waitstaff to take quick and accurate orders, and frustrates both customer and server.

For a place that specializes in brunch, you'd think they'd be able to cook an egg properly, right? Nope. Poached eggs (done in cups, so steamed eggs) were simultaneously over and under cooked. The over medium eggs were somewhere between over hard and cremated, and were sent back. Replacements were better, but by then the rest of the food was cold.

Regarding sides, the breakfast potatoes had definitely been sitting in the warmer for far too long (which is probably why the 2$ upcharge for fresh hash browns), and the side of biscuits and gravy was ice cold. It was like what you get at the hotel free breakfast bar, but worse.

We also ordered the Applewood bacon, which was, in reality, Cajun spiced. Truth in advertising is kind of important with food, you know? And for $5, I had hoped for better than the two very thin, but not at all crispy, and very at all Applewood but very Cajun flavored strips.

I hope they can improve, but we won't be back. The difficulty placing the order, the over/under eggs, and the price vs. quality might improve, but add to that they don't take cash, and we'd just be encouraging people who shouldn't be running a restaurant to continue running...

I am shocked they have 4.1 average for reviews.

Brunch was a great restaurant when it first opened in downtown Milwaukee. After a few years that spot went down hill after they switched locations. My friends wanted to try this location, and i was hesitant & now i remember why.

I ordered an alcoholic coffee drink (the hazelnut one) it didn’t taste like hazelnut at all, and it seems like it was all just creamer. My friend got an iced coffee which was watered down and didn’t taste good. My other friend got the strawberry lemonade mocktail, she thought it was gross as well.

A few of us ordered bottomless mimosas instead. I had 6, and didn’t feel a thing. Which for not drinking for 10+ months due to pregnancy i find that quite strange. Should call it “bottomless juice”. The other person who got bottomless mimosas also agreed it was mostly juice.

The avocado toast is extremely underwhelming. They don’t even mash up the avocado. There’s HUGE chunks of tomatoes instead of chopped tomatoes . Could’ve at least spiced it up with an over easy egg on top.

Chicken and waffles wasn’t that great either.

Also what happened to the homemade hot sauce you guys used to make years ago?! Sad that’s gone. Probably would’ve made my chicken and waffles way better.

I told myself after a bad experience years ago in the Milwaukee location i wouldn’t go back, sad i wasted my money and decided to brunch here because it’s not worth it. Way better brunch...

I will not be coming back. We sat at the counter and ordered Memosa's and ordered our food shortlyafter. We waited, and waited. I can't help but think our server held our meals so we would order more drinks. We did, I had to ask him to check on our meal as everyone around us had received their meals. Breakfast usually comes with a side, it was a charge up to have a side, and a charge up to get an alternate protien (sausage instead of bacon) on an Eggs Benedict. He never stated there was an upcharge for a side. I don't remember seeing that on the menu. He said he told us, he did not. My boyfriend got the Breakfast Burito and stated the eggswere dry and sausage was tough. My eggs Benedict was cooked to the point they are not Eggs Benedict but soft boiled eggs, very different. Obviously, our food sat in the wait window for a while. The patron next to us, who had the Breakfast Burito said her Burito was also dry and the neat was tough. I don't mind paying the upcharge for food if it is worth it. Just tell me about it and don't hold food back to get us to irder more drinks to increase your tip. FYI, I thought it was pretty convenient that the receipt machine stopped working. I will be checking m bank to make sure the right amount was charged. Good luck if you eat there. It looked like a nice place to eat. I was so...
