We're pretty regular customers at this location but our last experience here was beyond dreadful. We placed a to-go order for a buffalo burger and an extra bun with some toppings on it (girlfriend makes her own vegetarian patties at home, long story). We were told that it would be approximately 15 minutes for the order, which sounded fine since it was late Sunday night.

My girlfriend went to pick the food up after 15 minutes and it wasn't ready for an additional 30 minutes after that (45 minutes total). On top of that they had charged her for a full burger instead of just a bun and a few toppings. This means that the price was much higher than expected. Fortunately that was taken care of but when she returned to her car and checked that the food order was correct, it turns out that they were missing three of the requested toppings on the buffalo burger. She then had to go back inside and wait for the restaurant to correct the order.

From order to pickup of the now corrected order it took almost an hour. The worst part is that it was quite clear that the employees were just standing around and not really doing much of anything either which means that this order should not have taken anywhere near as long as it did, nor should it have been so horribly mangled as there was no 'rush' or anything to that effect. So, in the end it took an hour for a quoted 15 minute wait time, just to be overcharged for incorrectly prepared food. I don't understand at all why the ratings are so high!? The burger patty wasn't tasty. Too fatty for a burger and not tasty at all! It felt like there was NO salt or spices in it AT ALL. The "signature cocktail" is unbalanced in taste, just a huge amount of tequila diluted with strawberry syrup. The furniture is all old, it's high time to update the interior. The cutlery, salt shaker, pepper shaker - everything is from the last century. But the worst thing is the service! The waiters are all in old, stretched, worn-out T-shirts and they don't care about you at all! If it's not the table they are serving - no one even looks at you, no one gives a damn about you. We waited more than 20 minutes for them to bring us our cocktails and take the main order. At the same time, the hall was not completely full, and the available waiters were just walking around the hall or eating something near the kitchen. The hostess was walking around the tables chewing gum and blowing bubbles out of it! 😨 My God, people, what's wrong with you that you all calmly take THIS service for granted? Do you really have such low standards that you're ready to rate such a place highly. And that's assuming it's not the worst place...
