Fireside Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Centennial

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I was so excited to go because I saw it on instagram but it wasn’t anything like it, first they took a long time to pay attention to my table (AND I GOT A RESERVATION) then the lady next to me was doing comments saying that we could robbed her, she was looking bad at us and hugging her purse like she didn’t even know we were in a expensive restaurant! Then I JUST asked the waitress if it was possible for them to do the appetizer without peanuts, she said and I quoted “I would ask the kitchen to see” and the left, she never asked for what I wanted to drink and she didn’t even asked the person with me if she wanted something, she left and 15 minutes later she came with a plate saying “it doesn’t have peanuts” I DID EVEN ORDER ANYTHING, she said she would ask the kitchen but she decided to bring the place without asking if we wanted it, she never look the person with me at all, the waitress left and never came back, not even after we finished the minuscule meal the gave to us, we got so disappointed that we decided just to get cocoa and left but oh surprise, the mug was cracked and we told the bartender and he said “I can change it for you”, we waited, I swear but not so surprising they never change anything, so tired of this really bad service we got the get up to look for the waitress that was just chatting with her colleagues and asked her for the check, she never stopped by our table to even offer something else! We weren’t there trying to just get drinks, we were expecting to eat, but we got an appetizer we didn’t even ask for and a crack cocoa mug for $57 dollars, worst experience ever, such expensive place and they don’t even have a manager that get the employees to do a good customer service!...

Atmosphere is inviting as down in the brewery was packed and crazy. Very quiet, nice setting, comfortable, fireplace going.

Came upstairs to have a$20 drink in a short glass.

I wanted to have the Chacutorie board but they no longer have it... please take marketing out of the rooms then. Ordered Salmon mousse... grosssss!! It was a smear of salmon spread with weird gourmet vinegar stuff on it served with sesame stale crackers. So, it does not state there sesame on it if you have an allergy. Ish!!! I asked the waitress what the big green things were. she had to Google it as she didn't know either. As I am sitting here, I have watched 3 tables not enjoy their food, 2 tables annoyed the waitress has not checked on them to get thei bill. people are blown away by the $20 drinks, $50 drinks, menu is very gourmet and very expensive. It's not busy in here at all. No wonder why all the people are down stairs. Well, I'm actually hungry so I'm gonna go check it out to see of they have normal...

My Mom and I had an incredible dining experience here at the Fireside and an incredibly delightful overall stay at the Inverness.

Danielle was our wonderful server at the restaurant and made our experience better than everything we had hoped. She recognized this was a very important time together with my mom and went above and beyond. Thank you Danielle from the bottom of our hearts.

Also, Lora at the front desk, was one of the best customer service leaders I have ever encountered. Simply amazing and anticipated all of our needs. Remembered us the next day and made sure to make our stay the best it could be. We will be back because of her and Danielle!
