Seasons 52 was an excellent dining experience. The food was perfectly cooked and we loved their seasonal ingredients. Our server Gwenna was stellar, she anticipated our needs before we could even think of them ourselves. We started out with the tuna tartare which was freshly prepared and featured a bright light of mango to tantalize the taste buds. We also had the shrimp and lump crab stuffed mushrooms which were delicious. They had a crispy panko breaded topped texture and the earthiness of the mushrooms really anchored the dish. I thought the best part of that appetizer was the lump crab though, it really elevated the dish. Then our next course we ordered the watermelon salad and the chicken tortilla soup. They were both excellent however I really gravitated toward the watermelon salad. The flavors were refreshing and light which helped balance the entire meal. I highly recommend the watermelon salad. It had feta, cucumber arugula and a lime vinaigrette that really popped. For the main course we both did a surf and turf however he chose lamb and I chose filet mignon. I also added the grilled scallops which ended up being the star of the show. Gwenna did recommend them and I almost regret not getting them as the main course. They were perfectly cooked with a perfect flavor as well. I could have eaten more of them for sure. My husband's lamb was cooked perfectly. It was such a beautiful dish. We also ordered the truffle risotto for the table and that was so succulent I wanted more and more even though I had already eaten too much haha. They really paid attention to detail when they were cooking it. And then we had to finish with all of the desserts even though we ate a lot we like to try things out. And they have mini desserts so that is a great way to try everything. They also have coffee service. The coffee was fresh and satisfying. We loved all of the desserts. My personal favorite was the blueberry lemon cake. The flavors were summery and happy. It was a great finish to the meal. I also thought that the s'mores belgian chocolate was great if you have a craving for chocolate it is very rich and decadent. My husband's favorite was the key lime pie. If we were to come back we would probably reduce the amount of desserts we ordered since we've tried them all now and we would just order those three. Another thing that I loved about my experience at Seasons 52 was the ambience of the restaurant. I love the trees inside the dining area. It gives such an earthy feel. We also sat at a comfortable booth and the restaurant had a nice layout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality experience for dinner and we will...

30 November 2024: This is my second time eating at the awesome 52 Seasons elegant restaurant. Once again Mr. Jordan Chamberlain was great. I would give him 4 thumbs up, but I only have two. I had some personal family issues that arose and I thought I would have to cancel my reservations on Thanksgiving day 2024. It is a little far to drive, but my motto is; "A restaurant alive is worth the long drive."

Once again Mr. Chamberlain saved the day for me and my wife. It was her first time in Colorado and first time eating there. Food was excellent. We both love it. Head chef, SETH HACKWORTH deserves 11 stars on a restaurant scale of 1-10 stars and hostess BROOKE was very nice too. The overall restaurant deserves 12 stars on the scale. Two thumbs up, way up high.

Friday 25 November 2022: I grew up in Denver in my favorite decade, the seventies [70's], but I moved away due to joining the military. I return home every few years. A lot has changed over the years. I returned home to visit my sister and my youngest brother for Thanksgiving. They had told me about this awesome restaurant they ate at before named 52 Seasons.

Yesterday, I decided to find out for myself, if it was as good as they claimed. One week prior to my flight here, I called and I spoke with a man named JORDAN CHAMBERLAIN. Jordan was great on the phone and even more excellent in person. From the moment I walked in the front door, the atmosphere was great, but jam packed with customers waiting which is a good sign. A host named, Sam and every young woman was nice. It reminded me of another nice upscale restaurant in California, Flemings steak house. Food is expensive, but excellent and well worth it, if you can afford it. It's not for people on food stamps and section 8 living. The crab cakes were so tasty, I had to order another one. I would not hesitate to return again. Jordan, two thumbs up to you and a 12 on a restaurant...

Came here for a Friday evening date night with a 7 PM reservation. We were a few minutes early, and it was packed, so understandably, so there was a short wait for our table to be prepared. Nothing crazy at all, and there were seats to sit in and wait comfortably.

For our meal, we had the BBQ Chipotle shrimp Flatbread, the scallops, and the gnocchi with scallops. All of those were AMAZING - they are some of my favorite foods and dishes, and Seasons 52 does an incredible job with them. My date had never been here, and she was very impressed. I could go on about the drinks (wine & cocktails) and, of course, the amazing desserts (get the key lime pie!), but I want to make a point to mention the real star of the show.

Our sever, Miss Amanda G. , was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely attentive to us without being overbearing (for example, the promptness of clearing away dishes or refilling our water or wine... you could tell Amanda had 11 years of experience in the industry and knew what she was doing) and also very patient when we'd get chatty and not necessarily be ready to order the next part of the meal. Not only that, but her recommendations through every part of the meal were ON POINT! Everything we ordered that she recommended was great - she clearly knew the menu and had great taste - and I also appreciate that she was honest about things she didn't like on the menu. That's refreshing and authentic and helped us make great choices.

Finally, her sense of humor, banter, personality, and general radiance of hospitality were the icing on the cake! From being willing to ask and accommodate special requests of ours (a side of raspberry sauce for dessert, a gin drink not on the menu, etc.) to sharing a laugh or story with us...as the night went on, Amanda continually added to our experience.

We will absolutely be requesting her as our server when we come back! Was my best...

Let's start of with the dining experience. we had a large party and made reservations so there was no issues getting seating along with being put into an area that really maximized the chances of cross communication. the wait staff was great as well. she made a good attempt to be personable. Food : Stuff mushrooms, amazing. full of flavor with different textures that most mushrooms end of missing and being soggy all the way through. Hummus: the amount of Hummus to dipping items are way off. There's 1 small bowl of it and ...... 4 celery sticks, 1 radish cut in half(should have been quartered), 2 artichoke hearts and 2 baskets of pita bread. Even being conservative with it we ran out with the celery and some of the bread still there. Meatballs: Just avoid these and get something else. They tasted good but they are not the meatballs you look for at a finer dining experience. They felt denser then needed and that let to a dryer experience. Entree: I got the sea bass and man was that peice of fish the highlight of the night. It held so much flavor from the poach and then the crispy top was fantastic. I enjoyed the rice as well but really just blown away with the fish. Desert: They come in this shot glasses and most likely are made in bulk as they are only available in the glass when you take them to go. you do get a dollar credit for bringing it back but this seems like a restertarant you just don't bring a bag of glasses too just to save a buck. overall great time.
