TLDR; yes I 100% recommend this pro shop for all your needs and wants.
My experience was absolutely top notch. I own 5 bowling balls and I have had every single one drilled at a different pro shop, some in other states. This is by far the best experience and results I have ever had. Bobby is a pro/expert on bowling balls, layouts/drilling, attention to detail, and listening to what you need. There are sooo many options when it comes to getting a bowling ball and getting it correct for you is an art. Bobby and team have clearly mastered this art and brought me the best result I didn't even know could exist. The grip on my ball and layout feels soo much better than any other ball I own. The layout results were excellent as the ball does exactly what I wanted it too. They spent the time to find my PaP and taught me quite a lot along my journey of drilling my new ball.
I am thankful for their patience, willingness to help/teach, and their expert knowledge. I will absolutely be coming here to both buy my next ball and certainly get it drilled, and I...
Read morePrice for balls is $20-$30 over online prices. Drilling is inconsistent. Inserts sticking out. Extremely horrible service from the people usually there. And apparently, they won’t give you your PAP info. Incredible how they’re still in business.
Edit: Shop owner called, and we had several constructive conversations. He is trying to make everything right and I greatly appreciate that. He offered that whatever mistakes were his employees fault, he would fix for us with no additional cost to us. He also offered me his time to help coach me and my friends as we are newer bowlers and definitely open to advice and coaching. Great customer service by the owner. I highly recommend talking to him if you ever have a bad experience here. Also, league bowlers get 10% off and 2 free games (even if you’re not a league bowler), so the higher pricing is justified compared to...
Read moreThis is not a place for beginners, let alone anyone. First off, the horrible customer service, 2 employees working, neither greeted me or asked if I had questions. Finally I started a conversation that I'm new and trying to learn, all I got was pure judgment and treated like I was wasting their time (this was noon and I was the only customer there) I was asking about good balls, bags and shoes. They made me feel really stupid. Left after only getting one word answers out of them and no help. I went to the bowlero on university and county line. That pro shop person was amazing, explained everything to me, and helped a lot. I purchased a bag, shoes and a ball as well as lessons from them. Spent $350...
