Next level rudeness from employees I was very polite too. I placed a mobile order while at the gym and went to pick it up 15 minutes after I paid. The girl working the drive thru kept saying “no we don’t have your order. Pull up front and we will bring it out, once it’s in our system. After 20 more minutes I got back into the drive thru and politely asked if they found it and let them know I placed it and was charged 25 minutes ago.
They finally got it. The girl proceeded to talk down to me rudely at the window. Yelling at me “don’t expect mobile orders to come through for 30 minutes” Then kept repeating “for next time” about 3 mores times. I will never use this location again. I understand if the app doesn’t work well. No need for me to be treated, so poorly and talked down to like a child who did something wrong.
Angry hateful employees. Waited 36 minutes for a mobile order I placed to just pick up. Then received cold food.

After a mix up with the order, I was denied both the option of a financial refund and correcting the order because my little one already ate one of the sandwiches. I paid significantly more than what I received, so we drove back to the Arby’s. Not only were we laughed at and mocked behind the glass at the drive-thru, but also rudely spoken to. After being taunted by the cashier, the manager gave us the correct order and muttered something—- we had to throw the whole order away because I didn’t feel safe consuming the food.
