This place has subpar food at an outrageous price, but we've always gone because of the authentic british experience. We've been pretty good customers for many years but, unfortunately, we've decided not return. First, they no longer allow our children (older kids, not toddlers) drink hot tea. We understood their reasoning as a business that does not want children to get burned, so we requested they have iced tea in teapots and teacups. Well, they voiced their concern that the kids would break them. As I said, we've been there many times, and they have never broken anything. Well, today was the last straw. When we showed up with a party of five, we were treated as if we were a burden and it was suggested that we should have called ahead. It was such a ridiculous request and we felt that we were such an inconvenience, we just left. I'm sad, because we really enjoyed this place. It's very disappointing, but I'm sure we'll find another place to gather...

If you ever want anything and I mean anything from Great Britain if she doesn't already have it then she can get it for ya, I can't think of her name but several years ago I used to Srip&Wax floors on the side and she got my name from one of my clients, when I went in to her shop it was nice and clean an cozy I quoted her a price an to make a long story short, when I started her foods were a dingy gray, as I put the chemicals on the floor I was amazed the color of the tile was a Beautiful Royal Blue, and as soon as I added the wax Boom those floors popped Shiny and Beautiful, we'll the owner was just as suprised as I was and ended up being very pleased with the job where I was done. Good food, good hot tea. She gives a choice of flavors of tea. I asked what she liked. She recomnended to try the PG real English tea. It was good.The owner is nice.
