Normally I would go in and all is pleasant, however I chose to order online and it was a disaster! Sandwiches weren't made properly, paid for extra protein ($1.50 to be exact) for 2 of the 3 sandwiches purchased; also for them to be cut in fourths,not halves. Cookies were missing on top of everything else. When calling the store a guy you the name of Joseph answered...told him the story,he seemed unresponsive, I asked if he was the manager and if not I wanted to speak with a manager. Logan answered and said he was the manager. Told him about the sandwiches and I was rudely interrupted, with Logan,and I quote,"I KNOW FOR A FACT THOSE SANDWICHES ARE MADE RIGHT BECAUSE I MADE THEM MYSELF!" I tried telling him they weren't and I'm missing the cookies. He in returned insisted they were properly made and the cookies were left out. He told me IF I could bring the sandwiches AND PROVE there's no extra meat,then he would replace it, and only half if part of the sandwiches had been bitten. I think asked WHY IS HE ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER??? He continued to say if I could prove it...I did inform him that I will report him and his actions to those who put him in position to mantheir business in absence. Now today before I left I asked did they put olives on my sub and the guy said yes we put them on there. I get home no olives on my sub like it's not much I asked for just what if I put on the description. It keeps happening over and over.
Not just this location another location I paid for avocados still didn't get it. I don't know what's going on with Subway lately but this ain't right that's not how you keep customer coming back. For the employee to look me in face and tell me he put the olives on there.
Lies and deceit is not going to get you anywhere God is watching. And if you complain to guest relations they never get back to you. This location need to do better they do not value their customers at all they do not want them to come back cuz it keep happening and I keep complaining. I am so glad that there are other Subway restaurants in Warner Robins, otherwise I may have to start getting sandwiches from Jimmy Johns. The service was very lack luster. I patiently waited to be served and not one employee (which two were in the dining area) greeted or either indicated that someone will be with me shortly. This kind of customer service is what get franchises like this one closed. Customer Service 101...When customers come through the door and other employees are busy doing whatever, at the very least let the customer(s) know that someone will be right with you. This was my last visit to this Subway and although my review is nothing but just another review. Bad reviews add to less customers, less customers results in needing less employees, less customers coupled with less employees usually add up to closure.
