From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Jessie's professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set a positive tone for my visit. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to help me find the perfect smoothie to suit my taste preferences. Her recommendations were spot-on, and I ended up trying a delicious smoothie that exceeded my expectations.
Speaking of the smoothies, they were nothing short of fantastic. Read moreUnpleasant experience is an understatement. I placed an order for 2 smoothies on the app for curbside at 8:06. My confirmation email stated the order would be ready at 8:21. I arrived a little early at 8:11, called inside as requested, and was asked to come inside b/c they had a lot of orders. There were 3 others groups of people waiting, 2 of which received their orders within about 5 mins. The remaining couple moved up to the seats in the pickup area. The only employee out front proceeded to start their smoothies while offering them all the things she liked and telling them what they should have. Eventually she referred to the female of the couple as Mom. Later the male as Dad. We were never greeted nor asked what the name on our order was. She proceeded to chat with her parents while leisurely preparing custom drinks for them. At one point she took an order at the register then went back to her parents and when the next customers walked in she yelled to the back for someone to come take the order. Once their order was taken, I asked that employee to please assist the other as she had not yet acknowledged us and was only helping her parents. I went back to my daughter and after a few mins the other employee asked the name on the order. Neither of them could find it on their screens. The other employee eventually found our smoothies already made and sitting in a refrigerator. We finally left the store a few mins after 8:30 after receiving our order that was prepared before we even arrived that we were asked to come in for when there were 2 additional employees in the back and this girl only had time for her parents. Original review: We order from tropical smoothie a lot, and the one on Watson in Warner Robins, GA is not as good as the one on 96 in Kathleen, GA. But we go because it’s closer.I made an online order and my husband picked it up while I was in the car. When I saw my smoothie I knew it was incorrect, as I order it 2-3 times per week. My husband said the lady behind the counter was talking and cutting up with her friend, so she wasn’t paying attention. I went in and asked her to remake it, that something was off. She looked at me, threw the drink in the trash, and remade it. She did not say a word. I know her name is Makayla because her friend was sitting at the counter calling for her to show her pictures and say inappropriate things for a public place, especially a work place for her friend. Makayla had long braids in a black bandana, down to almost her ankles.I know this because 2 of those braids (one on each side of her face) were hanging out of the bandana and rubbing all over the fruit as she dipped it out into my drink’s blender. The smoothie was still incorrect, with 2 leaves of spinach in my detox island green, leaving it yellow, and tasting like water and ginger combined. They also never gave us the side to our flatbread,so once we saw that we had to turn around and go back to the location, have them unlock the doors (where Makayla voiced to another employee that she can “handle that”) so we can get the side that we already paid for. it’s very discouraging to try and support a business, only to be treated like that...
