Your Pie Pizza — Restaurant in Centerville

This was our second visit on a recent Friday night at supper time when the staff was absolutely atrocious. I have never posted a bad review for any restaurant. We are very patient guests but this restaurant needs new management terribly. The crew said that they really didn’t want to be there and were closing early, it was not even 6:00. They told those few that were in there they had to get their order to go because they are closing early and then talked amongst themselves about what pizza they were going to make for themselves. All of the other customers who came in were told to leave. One customer came in that had ordered on line and they told him that they didn’t make his order and they had cancelled it instead, he had already paid online. There were 4 people there working and doing the work of 1. The line was terribly dirty with plastic ramekins (trash) in some of the pans of toppings and many of the pans had a Mixture or different toppings. They were out of several toppings and complaining about their pay rate, which they certainly weren’t earning. One customer had to get hers remade because they burnt it…I don’t know how because at the time hers went into the oven there were no other customers in the building and 4 employees. There was one young man with kinda long dreds who obviously was new but was trying, he just didn’t know what to do and had terrible leadership around him. The one female working seemed to be the one “in charge” but she was working and “in charge” the last terrible experience that we had here. The other employees also said that she had the flu test she was running the register. This has been one of our favorite restaurants but I cannot continue to go here when there are so many other options. This may have been the two worse experiences that we have ever had at a restaurant and they were both at the same restaurant three or so weeks apart so the owners...

Today which is August 3rd my husband and I went there this afternoon hoping my food would be good on the third time around anyway we ordered our food I got the pesto penne pasta and the cheese sticks my husband got pizza we ate our food but I didn't eat all the pasta because it's wasn't good the...cheese sticks wasn't good either so I told the white girl that was running the store with the pink shorts on I didn't like the food as I was letting her know she act like she didn't care she got smart with me start popping off and I told her that I didn't want a refund because I ate some of the food I just didn't like it she was like I can't control your taste buds I let her know I didn't expect her too!! So I asked where the manager she yelled he ain't here I said I will be calling him she was like I don't care call him.. so the other girl apologized I told her it's not her fault it was the other girl. Ok the white girl stayed the owner/ manager was her dad so I hope u see my review read it too her!! She told me to get out so imagine how many paying customers u will lose if u can't control your daughter she is rude disrespectful!! She is a child and had no right to talk to me like she was crazy cause kids don't talk to me that way let along no one else kid.. I will not spend my money there ever again or recommend my family or friends to eat there she will cause your business to fail if u don't hold her accountable for...

I really like the food here, but the customer service is consistently poor. I mean, down to people acknowledging that you actually exist while waiting to order.

Two girls literally stared at me while I was waiting to order and continued to talk about how much her dad called her at work. Eventually, one girl decided to take my order. I gave her my order, and then she attempted to rush me through the line, basically telling me to go pay. I told her I would like additional items on my pizza. She then proceeded to rush me through the line again. I watched her make my pizza to see if there was anything additional I wanted. Then the girl who was not willing to help me in the first place spoke up from the register, saying the cost of the meal to me in a way that kind of bullied me to the register.

It was really off-putting even at the register, as she would not even look at me and just handed me my receipt. Then she went back to talking with the other girls who were working with her.

It's sad that there seems to be no accountability for the way customers are treated here. I love the hot honey pepperoni, but not at the cost of receiving disrespectful customer service from people who have enough energy to disrespect customers but don't care about their business.
