I would have given it a 5 star because the young lady at the register was amazing despite how her manager treats her. The woman before us asked for a cup of water. The young lady went to her manager to see how to ring it up and the Manager snapped with a ugly attitude. How many times do I have to tell you, we don't give out cups of water. Her voice was so elevated that the whole lobby heard her. Why are you yelling at her for asking you a question. Then before we received our food she is talking to the young lady helping her prepare food... don't know what they were talking about, but her tone was nasty... saying oh, I forgot who I am talking too? I took it as she was telling the young lady she has no common sense. It's just tge way she was talking to her. The whole time she is preparing food for this rush... everyone she spoke to she had an ugly attitude. The guys behind her cooking. I'm not sure how she became manager, cause the way she talks to people that are their to help her and help the store successfully are being treated like garbage. This is my first time here, & what an impression i received watching her belittle, talk down to and treat her staff like children. But the young lady on the register was a warrior, she walked back to the woman who asked for water with a smile on her face and moved forward to get thru all the customers in the lobby. GOOD FOR U . Someone needs to report the manager on how she speaks to her staff. It was disgusting and disturbing to hear.... the whole 20 min I waited for my food. Message to her. Ma'am people ARE watching, listening. You are only embarrassing yourself and making your character look bad. KARMA is so real. Do unto others as you would wants done unto you. Read moreLove the one on base but one on Watson seems to have reading and comprehending skills. Been 4 times and 4 times I've had issues with my order. I get the regular chicken buffalo with extra chicken, provolone and banana peppers and that's it. Three of the four times I have had more bread to where I put all the chicken on half the sandwich just to make a decent sandwich. Had extra onions added two of my visits and on one of the visits I had everything on it, I told the young lady at the counter this isn't what I ordered, now she is very pleasant and tries, I handed her my receipt and she asked them to remake as it was wrong, dude in back said what's wrong with the one they got, she said it's not what he ordered, he just shook his head. Today was my forth visit, ordered online so there would be no communication issues. Before she brings out my order I hear her say this is a buffalo chicken where is the sauce, response was under the cheese, heard nothing further and my sandwich was delivered to my table and when I opened the box they had poured a ton of sauce on the top of the sandwich. Had to eat it with a fork and the chicken under the cheese had no sauce on it. Love this place but since I am 0-4 at the Watson location I will not return until they take it more serious in the back putting these sandwiches together, once again the young lady at the register is great and she shouldn't be saying sorry about that to multiple customers. Read moreI am handicapped & use a wheelchair but I did not have my chair with me cause I was not planning on gong in anywhere... so I ordered through the app & chose curbside pick up... when I get there i try calling cause theres no way to check in on the app... the number is a google number & no one answers... I tried many times... I tried honking... there were no other customers so I couldn't ask them to let them know I was there... so I get really upset cause it frustrates me when as a handicapped person I can not get something done when it should have been really simple... but I keep trying to call & get their attention by honking so I decide I'll sit there till I have to get my kid from school which was in about 45 mins & if they didn't bring me my food by then it's come back & my kid could go in & tell them I'm there... but after sitting there for 30mins or so this lady finally comes out... I said I've been trying to call... her only response was the phone didn't ring... she was just really dismissive & didn't even offer a sorry for ur wait... and the food is mediocre at best so I don't think I'll be coming here again...
edit the franchise owner did call me & offer to remake my meal & was apologetic for circumstances and I do appreciate that... so if u do have an issue reach out through their website or call & let...
