Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Central Point

Growing up I was a never a fan of Domino’s, but now I have family here who likes the deals they get so we have it every once in awhile, but even they are beginning to walk away from here based on my experiences. So writing this review isn’t about a singular experience, rather it involves a multitude of trips. The first time I had it, about a year ago the food was so burnt on the bottom of the pizza I nearly cracked a tooth and had to go to the dentist I was in so much pain from that experience. Then after that the food seemed to get better, slowly but surely winning me over, but the last few months the quality has gone very downhill. What’s actually prompting me to write this was tonight I ordered the special buffalo chicken, part of their $8 meal (required to buy 2 or more items in the deal), and when I got the 12 piece they were basically bad chicken nuggets with sauce on them. I hadn’t eaten all day so I ate them all, but the photo I’m attaching below is skin like gunk that was in the box that must’ve fallen off the chicken. Honestly I get breading isn’t always perfect, and that would be one thing, but the sauce was nothing special, the chicken wasn’t great and pretty dry, and I genuinely can’t even guess how this chicken is made. It’s not strips, but it’s not complete nuggets either, it’s just chunks of meat that’s just not worth it. If I wanted chicken nuggets I’d save $8 go somewhere and get some much better tasting ones. I can save I’ll never get this item again and actually regret what I ordered based on this experience and I won’t say for sure it’s my last time going there, but if the food doesn’t improve or they don’t take serious steps to address these problems I won’t be going here anymore and my family who has loved them for years are on track to stop...

7:00pm sep 25th. I paid for a pizza over the phone. So I thought. Sent a friend to pick it up for us. When he arrived he was then told the card was declined. He was just expecting to pick up a pizza and leave. The manager then said to him well I thought you would pay for it here. What’s makes you think that when we wanted to pay over the phone. So basically, she assumed the same person that made the order was picking the pizza up. First mistake in my opinion. When my friend was questioning her she had the nerve to say the phone call ended. Then why did you tell me it would be ready in 15 minuets and hangup if you had more to say? LIKE HEY SIR THE CARD GOT DECLINED I FIGURED ID LET YOU KNOW BEFORE YOU WAIST YOUR TIME AND GAS. Maybe you want to try another card she didn’t say nothing. Long story short my friend didn’t even get an apology or anything. He didn’t have his wallet since he was expecting to just walk out of there. That lady needs to be put on bathroom and dish duty after this one. No respect for people when you’re a manager has to be the worst costumer service iv heard of. Very clean store and everyone is quite friendly. The only problem is that I used the app to yell them I was coming in the store and it is supposed to let them know so that they can have my order right there for me to just grab. I stood there at the counter for several minutes as several employees looked directly at me, said nothing, and kept doing what they were doing. Then finally what I assume was the manager hollered at one of the other employees who had his back to me to "get the front counter first before you do that" and he stopped what he was doing and came to attend to me. My order was not fully ready and I had to wait several more minutes while they gathered all my items together. I did give them 4 stars because the price is very affordable, the quality is fair for the price, and the employees are friendly once they begin speaking to you, as well as the store is extremely clean and well kept.
