I’d give zero stars if I could. Today was the worst experience there I have ever had….I’ve been there multiple times as I usually go once a week before work and the first few times I never had an issues it was always fast and my order was always correct but slowly that changed my drinks would never be right and I even got food that was still cold in the center but I never said anything and just continued coming back but after today I will most definitely never return to this store. I went through the drive through and ordered a frozen coffee with French vanilla and asked to add whip cream I also ordered a sandwich and the girl I spoke too was very nice and took my order fast and had me pull around when I moved around to the window I had my points ready on my phone because I knew I had a reward for a drink I let the man scan my points and as he was doing so he grabbed a drink behind him when I looked at the drink I noticed it was an iced coffee with no whip cream at this time he turned back and told me my points didn’t qualify for this drink and I’ve had this same problem with the same gentleman before he had given me a hard time in the past telling me I can’t use points or I cant qualify for something but anywhere else I go I have no problem using them. I kindly said to him that I had ordered a frozen not iced coffee and his response back to my was you ordered iced. I then told him I know I didn’t and I also asked for whipped cream and the drink he had didn’t have it. He continued to try to argue and say I ordered iced and then turned to the girl who I assume was who took the order and said she ordered iced and the girl continued to agree and at no time they were willing to fix the mistake and make a frozen coffee they only wanted me to pay for it and leave. The gentleman then made the comment that he listened back to it and said I said iced when he never left the window or stopped talking to the girl to listen to anything. I then did leave and told them I was not interested in anything I ordered. Im very disappointed and will never be going back here again. I occasionally go to another Dunkin; yeah those other Dunkin's are okay, but I don't even have to say my order here. I pull up say good morning & boom they know exactly what to do! I'm very picky when it comes to my coffee. Occasionally, vary rare, but we're only human & accidents happen & I've only had 2 times in the 6 or 7 years I have been going to this Dunkin that my coffee wasn't what I ordered. So I called or tell them the next morning and they make it right! Whether it be you turning around and going in or you calling and saying hey this is a mistake; they make it right!! I bought a reusable cup & my kid chewed the plastic straw 🙄 so I asked them if they had another plastic straw the next day & they didnt have my exact straw that came with the cup but Victor & Andrew both worked together and now I have a new straw!! Read moreDoes not use liquid sugar in cold beverages. Ordered a cookie butter cold brew w/ cold foam and cream & sugar. Was handed a cup with a layer of regular sugar at the bottom. Asked for drink to be remade because the granules do not dissolve in cold drinks. (My go to DD location always uses liquid sugar in cold drinks, so I didn't know this place defaults with regular). Supposedly they remade the drink, but handed me back the same cup with the same sugar in the bottom. I pointed this out and asked again for them to correct it. After correcting the drink, I thanked them and apologized for not asking for that when I ordered. The girl at the window said nothing and just gave me a disgusted look. Also didn't tell me upfront they were out of the cookie butter cold foam and were substituting with regular. Should tell customers up front when ordering.
