Manager and employee both are rude. Call corporate. I tried to escalate a problem just to get the same degree of inappropriateness from the manager. I was so shocked and don’t feel right about not leaving this review.
Jessica and morning manager you all should not be around food or money period. No one wants to be harassed while spending money or spoken to harshly. You can’t act like that at work!!!
The car in front of me left while ordering. I see why. If I didn’t promise donuts and food for my employees I would have left too.
If you don’t want that job, quit. But don’t take it out on patrons.
If I ever acted like that at work I’d be told to clock out and go home, for good…
The employee was hostile initially at the intercom and when I saw her; her appearance supported her attitude. Her body language and demeanor was aggressive, even as she barely slid the window open to interact with me. If you want more money or more in general, you have to do the lesser job that pays less well, first! Why would someone pay you more or give you more when you can’t and/or refuse to do the smaller or lesser task?
If you keep acting like that don’t be surprised that opportunities don’t arise or you don’t excel.

Read moreThis Dunkin has turned me into a Starbucks guy. They are consistently inconsistent. Donuts are always stale. I have ordered lattes that were just hot coffee with syrup. They're either too lazy to do it right or simply do not know how to do their jobs. The cold brews are regularly awful, this morning mine was made with tea and not coffee. I was also waiting for my two drinks, one was on the counter but looked like tea. I was told that was mine and the woman picked it up and slammed it down to tell me it was mine. Ended up being tea with syrups. Dunks has become the worst place to get coffee or breakfast foods. This is the first negative review I have written so I hope that there's some push for improvement at this location specifically. Dunks all around is just inconsistent everywhere. Starbucks on the other hand has checked every box since I started getting my coffee there a few weeks ago. Customer service, fresh coffee, and the drinks are consistently made correctly. Read moreNot very organized team but I understand the job is not as easy as it looks. HOWEVER, I drew the line today when I asked to use the restroom and they told me "all the restrooms were down". What they didn't know was I saw others, including a white woman and her husband use the restroom minutes before I asked. The wife had informed them about toilet paper missing in the bathroom her husband was using (there are three units). So, when I told them I saw the couple use their units and communicate with them, they acted confused but had no choice but to give me the restroom code. I checked the unit I chose assuming maybe something was actually wrong with the unit. It was well stocked, tidy and functional.
I'm not going to assume the whole team is but somebody in that kitchen is racist. I believe it's the supervisor since the girl who lied to me had to whisper something to the supervisor in their language before eventually giving me the code. NO stars should...
