I asked for two fish sandwiches, two apple pies and a fry without salt. Assuming they forgot, I drove around and asked if they could replace the fry, this time without salt. They refried my fries with salt and gave them back to me. So I drove around and asked for my money back. My friend who was kind enough to give me a ride to the store told me to check the sandwiches, I check the boxes to make sure they were fish sandwiches, and kept it moving. I get home, one of the workers had shoved their finger through the edge of my sandwich, and they scrapped the other side of my sandwich off with some kind of object that has silver residue on it. Looks like my food might have cleaned the store counter of floor. I wish I could post this picture you wouldn't believe it unless you see it! I cannot believe you serve people like this! My son was very sick, and all I was trying to do is pick up something quick, and my home situation doesn't permit me to cook late, I just got off work and now he cannot eat anything because of this nasty behavior. I eat at this store all of the time, so I know this was intentionality, the young man that brought me to the store shared with me while we waited, that he had a run in at school with the young man at the window. All he did was drive me there, you ruined my meal over your personal issues. Read moreI purchased a specialty coffee in the drive through, but soon after I pulled out and away I realized I had been given a black coffee for the price of $3. Mistakes happen so I kept my receipt and went back exactly a week later within the hour, since I was making the same trip. I went inside, out of respect to show my face that I wasn't trying to scam them, and the manager was working the register. I told him what happened and that I'd like the specialty coffee I originally ordered. He pointed that it had been a week since the original purchase and that he needed proof I wasn't lying about my incorrect order. Mind you, at 6:30am 6 people were all waiting around for their order, which shows slow and poor service. I didn't argue and I walked away leaving my receipt on the counter. I was simply asking for a coffee, not even an entire meal. I don't post about these sort of things, but this time was different. The manager could have easily offered a variety of resolutions, but all he said was "no I'm sorry". Read morei don’t usually come to this location bc there’s one just ever so slightly closer to me and this one typically tells me the mango pineapple smoothie is unavailable. however, i came here today bc i was also stopping by the smoothie king next door. i did my mobile order per usual and once i got my food, i drove next door then noticed that the two large fries for my meals were not in the bag. i walked back and i went inside where they gave me the fries and apologized and it was cool, no big deal. honest mistake, it happens so i just took the fries and moved on. i got home and began eating my burgers when suddenly i bit and it felt like there was hair in my mouth. i looked down and there’s just a chunk of hair strands in the burger and i spat my food out in disgust. i just can’t believe there was hair and so much of it at that. how was that not noticeable? i won’t be eating the rest of my meal, or even my other burger. i just checked and there’s no hair in that one but i’ve lost my appetite. this is disgusting. i would recommend the one off ashford dunwoody or the one on peachtree...
