Subway — Restaurant in Champaign

You see that sandwich? The toppings are perfectly placed. Just the right amount of of each ingredient. The bread? Perfectly baked. That cookie to the right? Taken out of the oven exactly when it should have been so it stays soft and chewy all day.

This is what Subway is SUPPOSED to be. Shoutout to the whole weekday daytime crew here, they're all just great at their jobs and actually make a sandwich the way a person would want it. Having worked at a Subway in the past , I'm frequently disappointed when eating at other locations because they're just not as good as the sandwiches I used to make for myself . This location lives up to that standard 100% . I once got one of my extremities stuck in a hot tub jet and was able to sue the hotel for a substantial amount of money, but even if I were a billionaire, I'd continue to frequent this location because it's...

I went through the drive thru when I got to the window to pay the person collecting my money still had the plastic gloves on . She hadn't bothered to take them off then I look up and notice her forhead and face dripping with sweat . It grossed me out so bad thinking those sweat drops could of falling on my sandwich or in my drink. And money has all kinds of germs and she was handling the food and money without bothering to remove the gloves . She over filled my drink to where it was pouring out all over the lid but hands it to me anyway then asks me if I want napkins to clean it off . I threw it all out since I couldn't get the sweat dripping from her face out of my mind and the wearing of the gloves. Just disgusting. They sure wouldn't pass inspection with this person...

Absolutely worst restaurant experience ever! Since I had killing Sciatica back pain, I placed my order at 12:30 pm ( app order- curbside pick)

My pick up time was scheduled for 12:55 pm. I check in and waited for 10 minutes! I started calling the provided number for help with order. I called 29 times! And they never responded!

I drive to drive thru! And the staff told me he has never received my order. I showed him the order confirmation email. He said he can not do anything. After stay there for another 20 minutes finally I got a sandwich! Which was not even same as my original order. The staff was not nice at...
