BUYER BEWARE!! I recently purchased a sectional from this location. As expected, during the sales process, Jennifer- Their store manager, covered all the bases and treated me like one would hope given the amount of money we were about to spend. Upon delivery, we noticed we had the wrong pieces to the couch/ setup we ordered. In addition to having the wrong pieces shipped- The feet of the couch were literally impossible to screw into the couch. This is where things went from bad to worse! I called into the store to inquire about my recent purchase and speak to the issues regarding the feet of the couch. This call was handled in the most unprofessional manner I have ever dealt with. The store manager advised that I got the right couch- And that what I was expecting was not what her and I discussed. This couldn't be further from the truth. I was in the store for nearly 2 hours. Half of this time was speaking to the way in which we wanted the couch to sit in our living room. She proceeded to tell me that "I could order new feet If I wanted but there is no reason the ones they sent me shouldn't screw in". I went from inquiring about my order to wanting to return the whole dang thing. When asking about the return process- Jennifer told me that I need to personally drive all 15 boxes to the mall- wheel each box through the department stores, up to the second floor- and deliver them myself. REALLY!!?? I went on to call corporate only to find out that I have to work with the store I ordered them from... I have been calling from 2 weeks now trying to get an answer- Only to be told "We will have to call you back" I literally think that are just ignoring me till I pass my 30 day right to return the couch. We went into Lovesac at Chandler Mall in October to check it out and see what the sactionals were like because i had been researching different furniture companies. We got a quote on the sactional we wanted but since it's a big purchase, I needed time to think about it. Well, think about it we did. I saw a Black Friday sale online but I also saw the sactional in a new color we liked and wanted to see it in person. We went back a couple weeks later around Black Friday and Dawn at that store immediately recognized us even with other people in the store and was able to jump right back into what we had. Dawn is the reason we bought the 8 seat/10 side sactional that day. I had no intentions of purchasing that day, either but because she recognized us, was super easy to talk to and highly confident in her manner and the product she sold, we were sold on going with this furniture. My standards are high about what I deem good customer service and Dawn blows that standard out of the water. I
The items arrived over the next couple weeks on 3 different deliver days and we waited until a Saturday night to put it together. I recommend clearing the area you want to put them in completely. It took some work to put it together but the time it took had nothing to do with the design of the furniture, it's just cumbersome to put together that many pieces. Every last detail of the couch was well thought out down to the felt pad stickers to attach to the legs and wood shoes. Even how the pieces can be stored (i.e. the back cushion can be stored underneath the seat if you choose to make one of the seats an ottoman or leg section of a chaise lounge).

Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service. My husband and I bought $3,000 worth of sactionals and when they came in the mail the girl ordered us the wrong pieces. The couches weren't nearly as comfortable, and the cup holders we had ordered did not come in the mail. We called to try to return the couches. The manager told us that we had to dolly each piece through the mall... We have 15 boxes, are we really supposed to put them all in our car one by one and carry each piece through the mall? Like, come on! So I called again today to get return labels sent to me, I called at 10 a.m. when they were supposed to be open, and I didn't get an answer until 10:30 and the girl had told me that she just got there, after our conversation, the only answer she had for me was that she'll call me back tomorrow. All I'm trying to do is get return labels so I can send these couches back because they are terrible, and it is impossible to get an answer. They want to sell you $3,000 couches and not have you return them. All I can say is spend your money elsewhere because once you purchase something from them, you are stuck with it... Unless you want to carry a couch through the mall to return it. Very disappointed in you LoveSac. We will never be sending business to them!!!! And Jennifer, the manager, has the worst customer service and should probably find a job doing...
