Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Chandler

Have been here on 1/18/22, 9:30 PM. Changed a lot since last couple of months. They turned off online ordering on a Tuesday night. I called them to place an order. While a lady was taking my order, another lady took over the phone and said its very busy, they were understaffed and they can’t take phone orders. I went there and saw 4 people working and only one customer infront of me. Not sure why they turned off the online ordering and denied phone orders. The attitude of the workers was also bad. The owner left the store to a bunch of workers who are not interested to take care of the business. The person infront of me asked for a milkshakes and a lady said that their blenders aren’t working and he can leave a bad review for that and their owner/manager is not doing his job. She said that with a bad attitude. I ordered for a founder’s favorite and this is the forst time I didn’t like it. She missed to add some ingredients. I don’t want to return to this location ever again. Worst...

Fresh ingredients. Priced as expected. Came on an extremely busy night and seen only one Cold-stone employee working, the line was going out the door. He was working as quickly and efficiently as possible all the while holding a very positive and uplifting attitude. Didn't get the girls name but I'm sure she was on break and probably cut it short to tend to the crowd and help out. They both worked so well as a team and displayed amazing customer service. Thank you TAYLOR for a great cold stone experience.

As for my choice of ice cream, I got the Cheesecake Fantasy. Creamy cheesecake ice cream filled with crushed Graham crackers and frozen strawberries and blue berries. So darn good! My choice every time I go to cold Stone Creamery no matter what city or state I'm in.

My pregnant daughter was in this Cold stones 8/5/17 & became dizzy and ran to the restroom to avoid getting sick in the dinning area. When her sister told the staff she had gotten sick and asked them to grab a mop they told her they didn't have one to use paper towels, she told them she was pregnant and they made her clean it up herself. So my daughter being mortified cleaned it up her self and left gracefully. Her husband is in the Navy on the other side of the country, she is alone and already having a tough time being pregnant as it is and just wanted some ice cream not to be humiliated for getting sick.
