I’ve been ordering the steak plate 3–4 times a week because I genuinely enjoyed it and appreciated the quality of your food. Lately, however, I’ve noticed a decline. The food just isn’t what it used to be, and consistency has become a real issue.
On several occasions, I’ve been told that items like steak or potatoes weren’t available — which is surprising, especially given the limited menu. As a loyal customer, that’s frustrating. Also FYI it doesn't matter if you're close to your closing time... keep a steady supply of food till the time you close.
As a fellow business owner who has recommended your establishment to hundreds of people, I urge the management to take a step back and evaluate current operations — especially food quality and availability. Ask yourself: if this were one of your favorite places to eat, would you be satisfied with the current experience?
Unfortunately, until I see improvements, I’ll have to find a new spot to recommend to others. This food is not worth $30 a...
Read moreI have to say I’m really disappointed in my experience here today. I’ve frequented the 44th/Camelback location many times and have always been super satisfied. I no longer work in that area so it’s been about a year since I have been. When the 56th/Ray location opened I was very excited to bring my husband. I finally got around to bringing him today for his first FC experience. We both ordered the entree with salmon, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Service was quick and friendly. The broccoli and mashed potatoes did not taste the same as they always have at the 44th/Camelback location. For $40 I expect more. I was sorely disappointed in the size of the salmon filet, especially. My husband said he will not be back. I don’t blame him. It’s expensive and the cost cannot be justified. Too bad, I always really liked...
Read moreWhen someone asks me where I would like to go for lunch or dinner I will now say Flower Child! Although Casa Paloma is located at the main intersection near my house, it was a friend's suggestion that lead me to this great restaurant. The Flower Child staff were most gracious about reviewing the menu choices in advance of my lunch date, as I have multiple food intolerances. Even though food is not served at your table, Flower Child offers a feeling of ambiance in atmoshere and is roomy and pleasant; no over attending table personnel to interrupt your conversation or make you feel rushed. Most importantly I loved the cuisine and its inviting presentation. My friend knew I would like Flower Child's accent on healthy fresh food. As we left we were pleasntly asked if we enjoyed our meal. I now have a favorite restaurant! Graphics courtesy of Sunday...
