The 2 girls working on the sandwiches were talking about fighting people the entire time I was waiting for my sandwich. One slammed the sandwich on the counter and said here’s your Turkey sandwich while I was still pouring my drink. I thanked her and when I went to get YTB sandwich- it was not bagged and my pickle was missing. I told them that my pickle was missing and they looked at each other for a few seconds. The one girl said “I’ll get it “ and continued to talk to the other girl working - telling her she didn’t feel like working abs her day was so blah. Why should I feel bad that she doesn’t want to cut a pickle that I paid for if this is her job. Still didn’t bag anything. At this point , I’m bagging my own order and feeling so uncomfortable. I will never go back and decided I can pay $16 for a sandwich and pickle anywhere and feel good leaving. Then they call out as I’m leaving “have a nice day” - it felt condescending and...

I had been happily purchasing from this location for years but recently things have gone seriously down hill. One evening my family arrived at 7:30pm to find that the doors were locked and the employees were cleaning up even though they were supposedly open until 8pm. Today my son and I picked up a couple sandwiches on our way home and when I went to eat mine I found out that it had been made wrong and the bread was SO dry and hard that it was inedible! When I called them I was told that my only option was to bring it back for an exchange. The manager said that even though they offer free delivery, they wouldn’t deliver a new one to me for the exchange. I would have to drive 10 miles round trip to exchange my inedible sandwich for an edible one. Nope. Never again! There are too many other places nearby that would love my business and that treat their customers...

Freaky slow and wrong orders. Asked for peppers, onions, and mustard to be added. They weren't on there so after waiting an hour for my sandwich, I had to call and tell them it was wrong, the girl that answered went and asked the manager and the manager called me a liar and said they made the sandwich and knew it was right. Well here are the pictures of the sandwhich... no peppers or onions or mustard. The girl on the phone got snippy when I told her the manager can get on the phone if they want to call me a liar, they said it's fine we will make another sandwich but it's going to be quite a while to get to you.
