Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Chandler

PLEASE USE BOTH LANES WITH EMPLOYEES HELPING OUTSIDE, ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKENDS. Whats the point in having the lanes but not using them when you're clearly very busy. Chick-fil-A does this and it's a tremendous help. It took 35+ minutes to get through on a Friday evening. Absolutely mind blowing and we would've left if we weren't blocked in.

Once I got to the window no one inside seemed to be acting with a sense of urgency with 20-30 cars in the drive thru all waiting for that same amount of time.

I could be wrong here and there was some kind of issue causing the delay, but they made no mention of it (nor apologized for the wait) and this isn't the first time it's been like this. This was the worst so far though, so now I'll leave the review, which I never do for negative reasons.

Have never seen this at the Warner location no matter how busy they got and they don't have the benefit of the two full lanes. Food is...

This is more about the atmosphere: two underaged teen girls getting dinner after local high school football game were approached by a grown man questioning them about having sex, doing drugs, stealing things and other personal questions. It was a small religious group. The girls looked very uncomfortable, scared even, and tried to politely end the conversation twice and walk away. This man kept invading their personal space and asking them to pray with his group. No man/unknown group of people should aggressively approach two young girls and scare them. The employees should not allow this or should’ve stepped in to make sure the girls felt safe. There’s a time and a place and this wasn’t it. Any grown man approaching young girls like this: your intentions may be pure and innocent but your actions and how it is perceived were not! I had to monitor the girls after they left to ensure they left safely and no one...

Every time I come to this location they get something in my order wrong and the food tastes like it’s been sitting, always lukewarm. I wasn’t able to check my order before leaving to make sure everything was right this time because they pushed me out of line. They forgot my straw, extra sauce, and ketchup and gave me a single napkin. Tired of paying extra for stuff and then getting the standard way the meal comes, just feels like they don’t even check it. They’re also really bad at portion control because sometimes I’ll get a super tiny chicken tender and I feel gipped. Makes me not want to spend the near $15 it is to get a meal here especially with the long wait times. A lot of times one lane goes so much faster than the other which doesn’t make sense because the only thing on the menu is chicken tenders and fries so everyone is basically ordering...
