I pulled up to the first window the cashier was not at the window and the register was not on. All I seen was a black screen . I pulled up to the second window gave the drive thru person a twenty and a debit card for 2 separate orders. The food was prepared pretty fast but it took 50 years to give me my change and card back. Once the lady came back with my change and card the drive thru person told me the cashier who should have been at the first window paid my food all wrong. It was not ok with me how she rung my order up. Got home the food was cold and 2 of the drinks was wrong. Instead of orange soda I asked for Hi C drink. Terrible service . I hope the next time that cashier leaves her area they either write her up or let her go. She is bad for business.The workers are in health code violations . They have long hair and don't wear hair nets. Even though you have a cap on ,you still need to secure that long hair with a hair net. Also dangling bracelets and ring's with a stone are not aloud in fast food .The jewelry can break off and fall into the food. I hope the next time I visit that particular McDonald's all those problems are resolved. Also do something about the cold...

I Ordered two Mc ribs and after being instructed to pull up to the front by an associate I waited 25 mins for my order. Finally the associate Brings me my order and as I grab the bag I ask her, ātwo Mc Ribs rightā? The associate replied yes. Upon arriving home I discover that the order is incorrect. Instead of two Mc. ribs I have a big Mac and barbecue tenders. I was very upset!! The only time I go to Mc Donaldās is when the Mc Rib is back. Other then that I donāt eat there food! So I drove back to Mc. Donaldās. I let the cashier know what happened, she grabs the bag and tells the associate that brought the food out to me. I see the original associate point to two Mc. Ribs sitting on the counter. The Cahier put the Mc Ribs in bag and gave to me. No apologies, no complementary Drink, etc. The Mangager was aware of the situation and never came to try to rectify The situation!!! Then to top it off only one Mc Rib had pickles and onions!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped by McDonald's for lunch on 9/4/2020 at 11am cst. I placed an order and the order was repeated to me correctly, however once I received my order the coffee was not included. The coffee was provided to me than Elizabeth the cashier asked for a payment. I provided her my bank card, she walked off and laid it down and came back asking me to pull to the front because there was a line. I told her no, you go get my card you are never suppose to lay my card down and walk away. She said but I need to charge you. I said that's fine but you hold on to my card until you charge me.. never lay my card down out of your sight and walk away. I asked for a manager and some other cashier came to the window and said we don't have a manger and gave me my card. This is very concerning that I provided my card and she took it out of my sight and laid and it down and walked away!!!! This issue needs to be addressed before someone's card is lost in the possession of one of your cashiers due...
