I am disgusted at the way I was treated at this location especially by someone who claimed to be the manager only to clarify further and find out she is a shift lead. I purchased an order with a coupon and they were having trouble adjusting the price at the first window so my spouse pulls to the second window to see what the problem was since the associate from the first window kept running to the second window for help. Upon pulling forward the shift lead “Tameka” aka Neicy as another employee referred to her as screams “OH MY GOD UGHHH WHAT ARE THEY DOING! Make sure the next car doesn’t pull forward” I and my spouse hear her clearly and she obviously has an attitude that we pulled forward to address the issue. She then begins yelling at other employee’s and slanging and throwing my first order which was incorrect to begin with. They gave me no sauce, no napkins and tried not to give me my frostys I ordered after I asked about Tameka aka Neicy and why there was an issue. I asked for the manager and Tameka claimed there wasn’t one available just her. They didn’t try to give me my second order and Tameka came to the window trying to intimidate me and get me out the way telling me to pull forward after already waiting an extended amount of time just to get cold food! She proceeded to tell me “you don’t know me” as if she was threatening me and began cussing and being unprofessional. She appeared to want to fight honestly. The associate Robert was very nice during this exchange and tried to apologize for our terrible experience while giving us the rest of the order we paid for and another associate yells at him in the back very clearly “Don’t apologize to them they don’t deserve an apology” her name was Mary supposedly. Read moreFirst of all, it was about 90° in the dining area. I clearly stated that I wanted an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich with home style chicken and no tomatoes. The girl seemed confused so I clearly repeated what I wanted and included the menu item number. When I got my sandwich, I found that it had no tomatoes as ordered but it also did not have the cheese or bacon. I took it back. Then the girl proceeded to tell me that it didn't come with bacon and cheese! "Yes it does! I can see it in the picture!" I told her. So they made me another sandwich. Upon reviewing my receipt I saw that she had charged me for a homestyle chicken sandwich which is why she insisted that it didn't come with bacon and cheese. It's not rocket science folks! It's fast food! It's not that difficult! Sometimes I wonder if the servers have ever eaten at a fast food place. I would not have been so upset about it all if I hadn't told her 3 times what I wanted. Anyway I won't be going back to that Wendy's again...

She kept saying I don't have the order. The lady at the window spoke broken English, not a problem, but I thought it must be a misunderstanding, she said she was the manager. I went through explaining the order, payment, location again. She just kept saying we don't have your order. I said so I've paid for my food, I can show you a receipt, but you aren't going to honor the purchase made in the Wendy's app? Then she got a manager, and I went through the entire thing showing proof 2 more times before they finally agreed to make my food.
