Expensive flavorless Ice cream ( has nothing to do with gelato, that’s why I’m going to call it ice cream).

We ordered one soft serve vanilla in a cone as well as the chocolate hazelnut in a cone. The vanilla one tastes like McDonalds, whereas the hazelnut one does not taste as bad. A little over $5 for the Ice cream would have been too expensive but then they charged extra $2 each for the worst plain cones we had in a long time. An absolute ripoff!

Usually I don’t leave bad reviews since I understand that everyone can have a bad day/batch and be a grown up about it and rather not return to a subpar establishment. But the horrible customer service pushed me over the edge. A simple hello and good day would have sufficed, instead nothing and sulking faces.I get it no one wants to work on New Year’s Day, but maybe don’t open.

In conclusion, the whole experience was as tasteless as...

I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk and lavender syrup. I asked the person if he knew if the matcha was sweet (he didn’t know so he had to ask his coworker), and I was told no so I said I wanted lavender syrup to him and another person. I get it realizing they forgot both the almond milk and the syrup. I’m surprised they even got it iced. So they used whole milk and it wasn’t sweetened. I had to go back and ask for lavender syrup, but I had already walked far away enough I couldn’t ask them when I realized it was whole milk. I tipped 18% - it was $10 total including tip for a single drink! - all for them to literally give me half of my order when I had to pay extra for both syrup and almond milk. They are very lucky I’m not lactose intolerant. So you can go there for your overpriced drink but make sure to repeat your add ons or check...

I'm not sure how this even happened.. the 2 employees on front ( Sept 13 4pm ) were non-stop talking, so I was there waiting .. few minutes.. still, they kept talking .. I was in front of just waiting for them to finish the conversation they had by the cashier .. like they had so much to talk about .... another 2 people came in, and suddenly they engaged to them. I was like hmm dang I'm out. . Walked out, didn't buy anything.. I just walked out... the 2 people left just after we left, so they had a question but didn't buy anything .. we were going to get waters . Sodas for later and coffee .. we go it in another store... lame...
