There was an employee lounging (I mean in an almost fully horizontal position) on the stools at the entrance. I have no problems with employees getting their well deserved breaks, but there should be some level of pride in the company they represent while wearing the uniform. As we "dined" two other employees joined this young woman on break time. At least by that time, she was upright.
The chicken on my sandwich was mealy. The bun, lettuce and tomato were very good. My husband said his Baconator tasted "off", though I don't know exactly what that means.
The soda options were limited, which is sad when they're being offered from one of those fancy choose your flavor machines.
It was impossible to find a clean table. We chose the table closest to clean that we could find and still made darn sure that our food never touched that surface. The table next to ours was smeared (I mean modern art work smeared) with ketchup and/or Frosty. Two tables away on the other side of us there were dozens of napkins spread in an extraordinary disarray.
I noted earlier that there were three employees taking their break by the time we left the restaurant. I mention it again because I think that maybe, just maybe, if breaks had been scheduled so they didn't overlap patrons dining in would not have to endure the constant alarms going off in the kitchen. There was a silent period that lasted long enough for me to note it and comment about it to my husband. Immediately after I commented the alarms started again. There was always at least one, sometimes three, going off. All of them with different annoying tones, bells, or whistles.
In summary, we were tired and very hungry so we ate. Would we recommend that restaurant? Absolutely Not! If I could give it negative stars, I...
Read moreMy daughter and I ate there on 10/4/19 around 6:00 pm. Everything was good. When we got back out to our car, my daughter realized that she forgot her toy phone inside. We walked back up to the counter and I asked a staff member if anyone had turned in a phone. She said “I don’t know. I’d have to check.” I took this to mean that she WAS going to check. Instead, she just kept doing whatever she was doing before. I stood there for several minutes. Finally, I asked the cashier who took our order if anyone had turned in a phone. “I think so, but my manager would have it,” she said. I expected that meant she would ask her manager, but no. I continued to stand there and they continued to ignore me. The manager came out a few minutes later and stood right next to the cashier to take orders and STILL nobody said anything. I was literally right in front of the manager and she didn’t even look at me. When there was a break in people ordering I asked the manager and she reached right under the counter and grabbed the phone, started to hand it to me, and then snatched it back to try to verify that it was indeed my daughters. Long story short, customer service and basic manners are severely lacking at this place and I will never eat...
Read moreStaff was so-so. They got confused. Food wasn't very good. My daughter asked if we could NOT return to this particular location. Blah. *Apparently, I didn't learn … went back last night. It was a train wreck from the beginning. I placed the order from the app. The drive-thru clerk found it and told me go to 2nd window. 2nd window asked me to return to the 1st window because my payment didn't go through. I checked my bank account app, and the payment DID process. I would not give them my bank card. They found it, and he said he was bagging up our food “right now.” Took several minutes. When I got home, my salad had the tiny blue cheese crumbles ALL over it, and I ordered without, as I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC! The crumbles were down in between everything as well as melted onto the chicken and other ingredients. There was no scraping it off or digging it out. I had to throw the entire thing in the garbage. He did apologize and offer 2 x $2 coupons for that location only. I gave them to the Parole Officers I work with. I won’t be back. I came to Google to leave a review, and I found I had already given a poor review 4 months ago … I definitely don’t plan on returning...
