Bella Fusion is one of those places you’d almost miss if you didn’t know to look for it — (this is me telling you to look for it!) It’s tucked quietly behind a mattress store and a vitamin shop. But once you step inside, it feels like you’ve discovered something special. The dining room is warm, modern, and beautifully designed, with great music and an inviting atmosphere.
We started with pancakes (yes, for dinner — and no regrets!) and the octopus appetizer. The pancakes were golden-brown, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with fruit, syrup, and whipped cream — comfort food perfection. The octopus came over crispy yucca and spinach, and it was an adventurous pick that completely paid off.
For entrées, my boyfriend ordered the Lomo Saltado, and he said it was one of the best restaurant meals we’ve had in a long time — and he’s the foodie between us. The steak was tender, the fries perfectly crisp, and even the rice impressed him (which says a lot). I had the Chicken Rizotado, which was roasted and seasoned beautifully, served with flavorful rice and a light, fresh salad. It was hearty, balanced, and hit the spot.
The service was just as memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm, gracious woman who I believe was one of the owners. She seated us in a cozy section, checked on us personally, and made us feel right at home. Two other ladies, including another co-owner, stopped by our table just to say hello and check in. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming.
I finished with a dirty chai latte, and it was incredible — the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and just enough coffee to make both the tea and coffee lover in me happy.
From the food to the service to the Midtown view with the Uptown skyline in the distance, Bella Fusion delivers a full-on dining experience. It’s new, but it already feels like one of Charlotte’s best-kept secrets. We’ll definitely be back — and if you haven’t been yet, you’re...

It honestly feels like eating at a friend’s house. I tried their mooping ( Thai street-style grilled pork with sticky rice — absolutely delicious! The fish tacos, avocado toast, and tuna tostada were all so fresh and flavorful. The papaya salad was perfectly balanced — spicy, tangy, and refreshing. And to top it off, mango, sticky rice, churro with chocolate sauce, and the chocolate lava cake was pure heaven. 🍫✨
Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Totally recommend this spot if you’re looking for great breakfast, Latin flavors, or authentic Thai food — all at a great price with big portions and a...
