I would like to start of by saying that the manager Caleb is very professional and knowledgeable. Now the cashier Shantel not the case at all. I purchased the wrong size curtains and used 15% off coupon. I approached Shantel and stated that I wanted to do an exchange she sighed and said I can only do a return. I said okay attempted to hand her my receipt and she acted like it had the plague mind you I was just in the store one hour prior to for the original purchase. So the receipt was folded in half and clear. The refund was processed and as I was walking back to get the correct curtains, I looked at new receipt and turned around and said I used a 15% off coupon. She yells you didn't tell me you used a coupon. I paused and said I gave you my receipt and it shows there, besides you should have also seen that on the screen. She says well you lost it. I asked to speak with a manager. She sighs again and tell me gone over there a some will be with you. I said you don't have to be rude. She said again gone over there. I said you don't have to be rude and she replies you rude now gone over there. I didn't move. Read moreOn July 7th, I ordered a patio furniture set from this storeand the Pineville store. I received my patio furniture set immediately from the Pineville store. I first received an email from this store stating that my order was being processed. I then received a follow up email stating that my order was in transit and on the way. Today I checked my order status online to see the items I had ordered were canceled. I called the store to determine the whereabouts of my order, and was told that after four days of not picking up an item the order would be canceled. My issue with this is why was I not notified of the cancellation in another email? Why I got an email saying my order was in transit when it clearly wasn't? Also, at this point I'm not even sure the store set up the delivery services the way they were supposed to, and if they did they should have followed through with the process to ensure their products were delivered. I know they use a third party to deliver their product, but they have a very hands off approach when it comes to ensuring that a customer gets their product after purchasing from...
