Hello, Last evening my son went to the bojangles location on Cotswold on Randolph rd. He ordered the chicken tender supreme and a three piece wing dinner. When I opened the box for my three wings, the chicken was dark and looked like it was cooked in old grease. So I took it back to the store and informed the staff that the chicken looked bad. They looked at each other and chuckled and said to each other, “You know why it’s bad” that’s that bojangles. So they issued me a refund for my meal and told me to keep it. I wish I would have thrown it away. When I returned home I gave some of the chicken to my dogs. Fast forward to this morning, my son is in the bathroom right now vomiting 🤮 and my dog has had diarrhea all over the house. They are both sick. I called the location to inform and the General manager John said they are not responsible for food borne illnesses for one person. I would not recommend anyone or their pets not to consume food from this location. I would never eat bojangles again after this incident. How can you serve food and then say you’re not responsible for the food you serve? Whether it’s one or 100 people, you should take accountability no matter what. Headed to the ER with my son right now. If I could, I wouldn’t give...
Read moreIt was raining yesterday, June 7, 2021, late afternoon, and my friend and I decided to go to Bojangles instead of Chick-fil-A to get their biscuits and fried chicken. We placed our order: Sierra Mist no ice, three wing meal, a kid meal. Once, we tasted our food; the Sierra Mist drink was flat, and one particular African American young lady was rude, argued with us in what we ordered. I refused to take the drink in which I didn't order. This particular person (the same one who was rude) made another drink and knocked the first drink on my car. I was very angry. My friend and I looked at each other in disbelief. So the manager stepped in and gave us a free meal we ordered the second time. We are grateful for him intervening the situation. It could have turn out bad.. I will not be at this establishment again. Especially, when we could have went else where. This worker deliberately knocked the first drink on my freshly washed car. She was despicable to say the least. I could have gone to Chick-fil-A and had a better experience with my order and customer...
Read moreThis place was terrible. I've been here at least twice before. NEVER AGAIN! I went there at 12:00pm. The dining room was dirty as well as the work floor behind the counter. The cashier was kind. However wore no gloves while preparing food. Also some wore no hairnets although working around food. Manager included... My sandwhich had a dried egg on it. I brought it to the cashiers attention whom called the cook ( I assume). She then instructed me to remove the part I didn't want because. she, "wasn't going to throw away a perfectly good sandwich.". I asked her," Am I not a customer? So I'm suppose to get a new egg and put it on a cold sandwhich?". She says," you can throw it away.". Ok, so here's the thing my bo rounds are now ice cold but I have a fresh sandwhich! Ugh never again I'm assuming after I left a bad rating on their website the district manager or owner called me. He apologized and tried to give me a coupon to another BoJangles' I declined. Due to that want my reason for leaving the review but hopes that if they know better...
