{{I want to put this at the top 1st, the only bad reviews this place gets is bc of the traffic and building setup which is very unfair!!!!! Review them on the quality and taste of your meal, the service, cleanliness etc etc. leaving a 2 star review saying food fine but traffic is this and that isnât right}}
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A, always consistent with food tasting greatâď¸ , itâs always a cleanâď¸, friendly staffâď¸, and welcoming environmentâď¸ ..... I canât brag enough on the staff, theyâre amazing every single day (even days where theyâve might have had a hard/long night/ didnât sleep they never bring anything but their best to work). My boyfriend and I go thru the drivethru every morning for his hash brown bowl:) he gets the sausage bowl (add bacon, no salsa, 2 ketchups) and itâs always correct, fresh and tastes great. Other places put theirs together a lil differently bc he wonât order it anywhere but here... :) Boyceđis such a friendly, genuine, and just amazing person. The whole đdrivethru crew đwe just love everyone is booming đ with personality! Every part of this Chick-fil-A is great, we love you in the đkitchen toođ (even though we donât đsee đyou) anytime weâve ever needed anything special/specific they will always come thru. I love my friends at Chick-fil-A and thatâs how they make us feel. Now around lunchtime (and most mornings) this place can get PACKED full so if you encounter a line, donât always panic... itâs never as bad as it looks, the đcrew đ thatâs outside taking orders gets the lines thru much quicker and the system they have is very efficient and gets people thru quickly. Only issue I have with this Chick-fil-A is I wish it was BIGGER lol, and sometimes itâs very hard to turn into if your coming from downtown, making the left into there can be tricky and sometimes you just have to be patient :) Chick-fil-As are owned by different owners and run differently, I love how this one operates and it seems everyone is happy đhere (which you can tell when workers are hating life at other jobs). Thank you Chick-fil-A for being amazing, Iâm sorry I didnât put everyoneâs name in this, but yâall know we love you. I hope Chick-fil-A gives bonuses and increases their wages when they do super well, bc they deserve it. To go up and beyond always, and consistently with a smile on your face deserves recognition and bonuses for everyone lol!! Love your friends, Brandon đ§đť& đŠđťâđڰ...
   Read moreThis incident happened 7/2/22 at Albemarle st. Charlotte NC. I accidentally posted my comment under showmars name. Deleted it and posting where it should be.. I order spicy chicken deluxe sandwich combo with pepper jack cheese July 2nd 2022. When I got to pick up window I was asked to pull up to wait for my food. No problem. I patiently waited. I was eventually given my food. The customer service was fair. I left and went immediately home. Prepared to eat my food. First bite I could tell my chicken was under cooked. The breast was very thick on one side and thin on the other side. I believe it should have cooked longer than it was because of the thickness. That might be why they had me pull up to cook it longer but it was still raw. Also my fries was not hot like they normally are and they was all small pieces as if they were the last few in the bin. I've never had issues with their fries. Never. Fries always perfect. I had a crazy day and it was late when I was on my way home so I was good and hungry when I stop at Chick-fil-A on Albemarle rd in Charlotte NC. When I had these issues with my food I threw food in the trash. I was so upset I didn't even call them to address the matter. I believe the next day I attempted to make complaint on their site. It wasn't user friendly I kept trying to process the complaint. I don't think It went through. I think I will try it again. I love chick fila food. When you go as often as I do you bond to have few issues and I have. But this was not good. Raw food...ugh. I didn't think to take picture of the food . Just threw it in trash. No food that...
   Read moreI love Chick fil a and I've been to this one four times since I moved close by. I've honestly been disappointed all of those times and CFA is the last place I thought I'd review poorly!
I totally understand being a busy restaurant, I'm from a college town and the CFA there always had a line to the street, even at 3AM! So I get it. However, every time I've gone through the drive thru, they hand me my order and turn to the next task without asking if I'd like any sauce. I don't know anyone who goes to CFA and doesn't want sauce! So I've had to say "Wait! Wait! Can I have sauce?!" trying to get back their attention.
This morning I went for breakfast and asked for an iced coffee with half the syrup. I personally can't drink it with the amount of syrup that comes in it, it's too sweet for me, but that's just a personal preference. I've always ordered my coffee this way at other CFAs, without any problem. The guy taking my order on the iPad paused and said that they're "not allowed" to do that. I don't understand why that's something you wouldn't be allowed to do...its just like asking for your coffee with one sugar and one cream, it's totally reasonable to ask for less sugar in your coffee. In this case, one pump of syrup instead of three. I wasn't interested in arguing about it so I said let's just make it black.
Got to the window and my coffee wasn't black, it was as it's normally made with the original syrup. I didn't stick around to correct it because the line was so backed up.
I don't normally leave bad reviews but four times with a lackluster experience at CFA is so...
