UPDATE 10/25/23: If you’re like me and do not enjoy the food from Thai House, do not order from Sukho Thai on DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, etc. It is the same restaurant. Same address. I found out only after ordering my food. And the food had the same issues I’ve always had with Thai House food. I wouldn’t have placed an order if I’d known. Very deceptive and disappointing. A lot of money spent on food I wouldn’t have wanted in the first place.

————

I got delivery from here tonight from Uber Eats, and got what was probably the most lackluster Thai food I’ve ever had. The tom yum tasted like lime juice with no heat, and the flavors weren’t balanced. I love tom yum, but this was not it. The springs rolls were bland with a ridiculously sweet sauce. The potstickers were fried beyond belief and a overcooked, burnt, crunchy consistency, and the filling tasted like it was nothing but unseasoned, bitter, frozen spinach from the store. They were honestly disgusting. The entree was way over cooked. The veggies were soggy and swimming in sauce. The sauce itself was so sickeningly sweet it should have been on the dessert menu. One of the worst meals I’ve had in a while. I think I’m good on this place from now on. The bad part is you can report the food as bad on Uber Eats, but you don’t get a refund just because you thought...

I've been here twice. June 19th and 26th. First time I ever visited. Actually, I've been to Cotswold many occasions but never notice Thai House, but when I did, I just had to try it. I love Red Curry, so that's what I purchased. It was 💯. So good I went twice in one week. I usually go to Moon for dinner in Southpark for my Thai food, but this was better. The young man who serviced me my first visit has excellent customer service skills. Next time I go back, I will get his name. The second time I went back, he was training the young man who took my order. First food server Actually gave me a light bowl of vegetable soup as I waited for my To go order. It was very good. Im think it was maybe Thai House soup. Just a guess. The problem i had was who do I tip. 🤣 . I tipped the one who brought my food to me. I'm going to try more items on the menu. I had lunch, and the lunch menu was very reasonable . My lunch total cost was $15.00. You must visit this location. Cozy atmosphere You won't be sorry Sorry review so long. I'm...

I’ve frequent this place a few times since its closer to my home than the ones In University or Pineville but those are my preferred locations. I experienced racism last night to such a obvious degree that i will simply make sure i never entertain this location again.

I went to pick up my take out order late Saturday night and it was me and a caucasian lady behind me at the front door cashier center and one of the workers comes and who was here first as if im not RIGHT in front of the cash register waiting to be serviced. She looked for the caucasian ladys answer to validate if my answer was correct. My answer was “I was, I’m RIGHT HERE.” It was just a horrible experience. I was not even hungry after that point. Funny enough, i see other reviews of the same things happening there and just feel like they need to broaden their staff, at least for the front lines of customer service. Food is great but its not worth the treated being rendered...

Solid offerings here. My wife lived in Thailand for 10 years so for her birthday she wanted to get some good Thai food. We ordered a whole fish, pad Thai, crispy duck Penang, Tom Sum, and Mango sticky rice. Everything was very nice, but that was about it. Nothing to rave about, but solid Thai food. The most disappointing thing was that the fish, while very tasty, was over done and did not come with nearly as much sauce as you would get Thailand. The fried fish really needs a lot of sauce to help moisten it. Also, we got everything a medium level spicy which was not spicy in the slightest, but if you ask for chili powder or sauce they will provide, and that does have a kick. Again, very nice especially if you've never had the real thing, but if you've been Thailand and are looking for authentic flavors this will leave you wanting.

3rd time in 8 months this outlet overcharged me. I ordered 2 ‘no meat’ dishes explicitly. They display a certain rate for ‘no meat’ and then add veggies without consent and charge $2-$3 extra per dish. If you are not alert, you will end paying atleast $6-$8 for 2 dishes with taxes. Imagine as many orders in a day, everyday, across all their outlets. Their first excuse is “prices have gone up and are not displaying on the menu card”. When you grill them further you realize they added something extra without your consent because “that is how billing system is configured” . How much extra money is the restaurant owner making across all outlets, since the extra charge is pre-added in their billing system. And on top of it realized they gave me a wrong dish when I opened the package at home. Gave me spring rolls instead of edamame !!

We went here right after covid and it was delicious. We got take out this time and OMG… this is probably the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. My plate was $17 and I kid you not, they put MAYBE 5 tiny slivers of chicken in it (see photo). The chicken was also chewy and overcooked. The noodles had good flavor but they were also hard, like maybe they had been sitting out for awhile. We also got rice and it almost tasted like couscous or something.. not a soft, fluffy texture that brown rice is supposed to be. Mall cafeteria food is better than this…. Do not go here. Rai Lay is FAR better, and I get 3 portions from one meal for the same price. This meal is worth $9 if that. I’m shocked they’re charging this much for their food. I only give it one star because they have good Thai Tea.
