Picture this: your flight was supposed to fly out at 8 PM and end up getting cancelled at 2 AM. American Airlines refuses to give you a hotel. Morale is low. You're on four hours of sleep on the airport floor. You wake up and wander around for breakfast. This Cinnabon changed the trajectory of my day (dare I say life?) after a heinous travel situation. There is NO reason the POS should be promoting for tips for when you are ordering standing up, and there is no service being provided. I'm far less likely to shop there in the future. Please removed the tipping prompt. If you feel your employees should be paid more... Pay them more! The over priced Cinnabon was light on frosting, and didn't taste fresh.

I had to have it when I saw it listed on the list of eateries. All that cinnamonnie goodness was just waiting on me. Purchasing it was the longest 3 mins ever!!!! I couldn't wait to taste. Friendly cashier checked me out with ease and I was on my way to CINNAMON HEAVEN. LOCATED in the main atrium, thus place is an easy find. Just follow your nose.

Quick stop at Cinnabon while passing through Charlotte airport, and it was just what I needed. I grabbed an iced coffee and a pecan Cinnabon—both were solid picks.

The pecan roll was warm, gooey, and loaded with that signature cinnamon and sweet glaze, plus the crunch from the pecans took it up a notch. The iced coffee was refreshing and balanced out the sweetness of the roll nicely.
