Before I even made it through the door the service ethic was noticeable. One employee, whom I believed to be the cook, was walking in at the same time. He greeted me energetically the way family might at a picnic. "Welcome to CRAVE" he said, we hope you enjoy it" The fellow at the register conducted himself as though his reputation was on the line with every customer. If he wasn't the owner... the owner is lucky to have someone as dedicated. He was legitimately sweating from the heat and his work pace, but he smiled at every customer and paid personal attention to each order. While I was there, the cashier even called one customer's order out before they reached the counter... (clearly a regular customer) The vibe here really is that of a family owned business where the customers are treated like family too. It was festive, cozy, and classy... not what one might expect from a hot dog joint. The food was also spectacular. I had a chili cheese bratwurst and some loaded tots. The tots were a lot. Probly won't get them again... unless I bring a friend. HOLY pile of potatoes!!! I'm pretty sure there was half a farm on that plate. The beer cheese was a nice touch on the tots. I loved their selection of sauces on each table. A little Something for everyone. There will be a Next time...

Great help at the counter, and not terrible ambience. However, once there’s axe throwing I imagine the small space will be much louder and may be hit or miss with the patron; much like the food was today. Spent $30 for 1 kids meal 2 sides of Mac n cheese (which honestly Chic-fil-a size, price and flavor is much better). The appetizer “loaded tots” sub brisket. Talk about disappointed! The brisket sub cost an additional $4.00 to substitute it out from the pulled chicken. And for the amount of meat I got, it was dry, and questionable “4 oz?!?” Not worth $4.00!! The tots were sooo dry as well, almost like they were cooked from being partial thawed and it left them needing sauce and cheese in order to have flavor. Honestly, the hotdogs are likely where it’s at but that’s if we go back. The price of food for what you get leaves a lot to be desired. I had better hopes for something that has decent atmosphere and a cool concept. Final thoughts, why put the paper inside the plastic to-go container? you end up eating soggy bits of paper. …and why is it the best idea to put cold kids apple juice inside the same container as all the hot food! By the time you are home, it’s now terribly hot. Terrible practice for to-go orders.

Came for the grand opening to try them out. Met the owner who was extremely nice, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great start to a first day. The space was nice and clean and food fresh and hot. They were giving out free dogs to the first 100 people. I opted to just buy a dog and I got the Memphis one with a side of black bean corn salad. Both were so good. The bean salad was soooo fresh. Fresh tomatoes and onions on top, I think it was supposed to come with cheese as well, but no biggie it was delish just the same. I also got the toffee and pineapple cakes packed to go, but they came out hot so I couldn’t resist sampling the pineapple one and ending up eating all right there lol. Was so so good. They have a self pour beer station as well, it wasn’t ready for grand opening, but I can imagine that will be a huge hit once it’s ready. Also there is ax throwing which I saw a lot of people partaking in and enjoying. Of course every grand opening may have kinks to work out, but my experience was nothing but great and I truly wish them all the success. I will certainly be back time and time again.

We were very hopeful this place would be good. It's A great concept, and could make great money at the Sharon Amity location. Sadly, it was not A good experience from the time we walked in the door. There was no one to take our order. We waited 5 minutes , and were getting ready when someone did come out from the kitchen to take our order. We ordered 3 hotdogs, A brisket sandwich, A pulled chicken sandwich, and A southwest salad. Everything came out wrong. My sister in law waited 30 minutes for her salad. They didn't have lettuce, so someone went to Harris Teeter to buy A bagged salad. When they brought it out it only had chicken on it. They didn't have back beans or corn. It would have been so much better if they just told her they didn't have the salad today. The hotdogs didn't have the proper toppings. We asked for mustard since it wasn't on put on the hotdogs as we requested. First, we were told they didn't have any mustard in the restaurant. Then A few minutes later found some, and brought it to us. We asked for the onions, but we never received them.. The sandwiches were requested with the BBQ sauce on the side. They came out smothered in BBQ sauce. So much so that one couldn't be eaten. It seemed like it had more sauce than meat. I think if they could get A good manager in there the place could do really well. Someone that can place orders so the restaurant isn't out of half of their menu. Plus, 3/4 of the draft beers were out of stock as well. Very...

Crave is the new walk up to the counter, hot dog & BBQ (and self serve beer taps) in Cotswald. My husband and I gone twice now, and both times we were very happy with our experience. Our very first visit was late, on a Friday night. The service was phenomenal! I wish I could remember the cashier’s name because he was so accommodating, from explaining the menu (no frying in oil; they use an air fryer!) to assisting with the beer taps (pay by the ounce) since they weren’t pressurized correctly, and it was mostly foam. Selecting a beer by being able to sample each one will always be a plus for me. We enjoy being able to sample from all of the local breweries. We got the pulled pork sandwiches w/ coleslaw, baked beans, and a side order of the sweet corn nuggets. (These were soooo good!) Everything was delicious, and the BBQ sauces were so good, that you won’t be able to pick a favorite! We returned this afternoon for the mac & brisket sandwich; it was delicious as well. Their big seller are hot dogs with a variety of toppings; we plan to go back and sample a few! This may sound strange to some, but we even felt great afterwards. Have you ever felt that weighed-down, heavy, blah feeling after eating at a BBQ joint? And then ask yourself, why do we go back if we feel like this afterwards every time? Well, we actually noticed that we felt great afterwards, both times, and will be frequenting Crave for our BBQ fix. We may even try some...

Not amazing, but maybe I ordered the wrong thing. The two sausages in the dynamic duo were ok, but the bun felt like it just came out of a bag or wasn't as fresh as I would expect for a restaurant. The chili and cheese sausage was good but the peppers and onions on the other one were barely cooked and just sad looking. The tater tots were great and the bbq mac and cheese someone at our table got both looked amazing. I probably should have got a hot dog, since it's in their name. The fried pickles had an odd flavor, no one at our table loved them and we didn't finish them. The self serve beer wall is a neat idea but it caused more issues than I think it solved. I had to get help when a tap filled a cup with foam and then after that they lost my tab which doesn't make sense because I was holding the tab card in my hand. The employees at the register weren't interested in using the tab card to look up what had been dispensed and just charged me an arbitrary amount. We went for their trivia night which was fun but didn't seem well publicized, there were 5 groups there for Harry Potter Trivia. None of the issues were huge but all combined on our first visit made us reconsider if we want to return for future trivia nights. None of the prizes were related to the restaurant or the trivia topic whatsoever, it would be fun to have free tater tots or a free hot dog be one...
